Carmen Ohling has dedicated over 15 years to training, leading, and supporting individuals and corporate teams toward achieving high levels of personal and professional excellence. Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at 25, Carmen transformed her life, eliminating self-imposed limitations, burnout, and unfulfillment.
During her corporate career, Carmen often faced burnout and overwhelm, discovering that the key to combating these issues was not simply taking time off but changing how she showed up during her time “on.” This realization spurred a decade of research, testing, coaching, and leadership, culminating in a powerful framework:

Over the years, Carmen and the Amplified Life Team have discovered that solutions to both personal and professional challenges often start with self-reflection. Each new season of life and each new level of success, fulfillment, and character-building require continuous personal development.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
We break our work down into three areas:

2️⃣1-1 Coaching
3️⃣Speaking.
While each of these complements the other, and often works in tandem there are three main challenges we help solve in each of the areas.
1️⃣Workplace Development
Challenge: Employee Burnout and Overwhelm

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
We are committed to going the extra mile with each client and prospective client. We pride ourselves on taking an unreasonable level of excellence to the client experience.
A few of the key elements we focus on are as follows:
1. We take our time. We don’t rush the sales process or relationship-building process. We want to truly understand the needs of our clients, and we want them to be value-aligned with our company. This means it may take a few months from our first initial conversation to the solutions delivery and we are happy to be on this journey with each client.
2. Internally, we have the systems, disciplines, and processes in place to work from a place of high energy and expertise, truly “practicing what we preach” and are a living breathing example of the work that we do. We have an internal culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth.
3. Lastly, we deliver. We are experts in our field, and we don’t try to go outside of that scope. We add the little touches that other companies overlook, and we always are learning, growing, and getting better in our delivery, solutions, communication, and teamwork. Time and time again our clients tell us they are in awe of our collaborative approach, and the fact that we do not compromise our values.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
In-person events and speaking; there’s truly nothing like it! Speaking from the stage and being in the energy of aliveness at events is the number one way that we connect with new clients. Being with us in person allows prospective clients to see firsthand how we can impact their lives and in turn, their teams.
Each year host an annual event, The Amplified Life Growth Summit, multiple in-person workshops, and are hired to host live corporate retreats and training events.
