We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Charlene Baktamarian a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Charlene thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?

When our mission was birthed (starting out as a traveling mission) next was building from ground up a TV network with a live Production Studio and a show called God’s View
( which has now been going around the world for 18 years ) airing on satellite, cable, free over the air, roku, fire stick, amazon, and many other platforms ! reminding the millions of viewers of their full potential.

Our heart Mission and thrust was to help people in any way we could through monetary help, speaking engagements, through God’s view TV show,. We wanted to help and are helping those less fortunate in any way we can.

The story and heart behind our mission is to make sure people know and see they have everything in them it takes to succeed — all they need is someone to be their biggest cheerleader and remind them they have purpose on this Earth and can fulfill that God given purpose, vision, goals, and dreams they have.

“that is where our mission comes in powerfully”.

All it takes is encouraging one to never quit and to never stop believing that “all things are possible”. And they possess within them everything it takes to succeed.

We remind each person that comes in our path that the only way their purpose can be stopped is by quitting and we remind them quitting is not an option. if they want to fulfill their dreams.

Fulfillment is a powerful word – meaning the achievement of something desired, promised, or predicted.

Our whole mission is to promote others to reach their full potential on this earth and to never give up!

We continue to remind each person God brings in our path that quitting is not an option. The only thing that will abort what a person wants to accomplish is the word “quit”.

Anyone can be a great leader — they just need to be reminded so their eyes are opened to see and know and be encouraged of the great
leadership qualities in them that they carry and possess.

Some individuals will not relate to scripture and many will. This scripture below sums up so much.

Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before 0one of them came to be. Psalm 119: 16

Once a person gets the Revelation that every one of their days were ordained and written before they come to pass — they will know that their life was already mapped out all they have to do is walk it out and that they have full potential to do so.

My mission is that everyone reading this will be encouraged today and rise up with a new pep in their step, a new fight to fight for themselves and their dreams , their visions, their goals, and their purpose here on Earth because each one reading this has purpose — “Divine Purpose”.

the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists.

Charlene , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

My name is Charlene Baktamarian one of seven siblings, born and raised in Detroit Michigan and moved to Wyoming in my twenties.

I ended up going to beauty school and became an multi award-winning hairdresser owning my own salon.

I ended up selling the salon and going to work from my husband that owned a satellite company doing office work, actually retiring very early age.

This was not a life dream or anything of that nature it was just something at that time that would bring in an income but something I ended up loving very much.

Our life has many twist and turns – many opportunities that presents itself along the way that
was not our dream but ends up being something very special

We need to stay open to those moments in our life and be willing to walk through a door until we reach our next season. It could be the door that takes you to one of your biggest dreams and that was training along our Journey.

Not Only am I an executive producer of a global TV Talk Show that goes around the world- I am executive producer,founder, and host, another huge surprise along my life Journey)

Never went to school for it, I would always have this little vision pop up in my mind when I would watch host on TV and this light would come on inside me –withba thought — I would love to be a host on a TV show but it was not reoccurring and something that was there that was lasting.

And here today 17 and 1/2 years later going around the world with my TV show and nominated for many different Awards,

Who would have known, but, I was willing to go through every door and explore .
We must be open because what we think is our dream God may have something better and we just don’t know it at the time.

I am also an artist and what I do with my work is for over 30 years with my paintings I give them away to organizations for their auctions ,dinners, functions, to bring in funds for their purpose.

In everyday life we all face challenges and hurdles we have to jump and cross each day — but staying true to who you are will help you accomplish any challenge or anything that arises that would discourage you and make you want to quit.

I always tell everybody quitting is not an option the word quit is the only thing that will abort all that you have in your heart to do
Quiting will be the end and take every dream, vision,goal ,and purpose, that you have had

These days arise in everyone’s lives.

True leaders face them head on do not run,do not hide, but navigate through to the best of their ability
Fight and stay in the game .

On one of my paintings called running horses
the quote I have on the greeting cards that I had printed to compliment that painting says;

Give Up
Or
Give It All You Got

I encourage you to continue to give it all you got and be willing to walk through doors that you think have nothing to do with your dream because it could end up being exactly what you love to do.

I love producing a TV show (and believe me) that was never in my plan but it’s one of the things I love and can reach billions of people.

Also ( not in the plans) I am an ordained minister 37 yrs now that travels the world and I am able to help orphans, widows, those less fortunate and also encourage people to follow their dreams and never give up.

I can tell you my life was full of surprises ending up being my dreams ! Be open !

I never went to school to be an artist (I am self taught) no schooling for anything with media and am executive producer, founder, of a global TV Talk Show

Oh and I should leave you with this I only finished 8th grade -never graduated — it never stopped me from fulfilling anything in my life that God had for me

I have also authored three books and written in others books which was not in the plan for my life.

I’m not advocating not going to school or not graduating- but , I am letting you know truth in my life and being transparent and hope it will encourage you.

Nothing can stop you from fulfilling your purpose, dreams, goals, but the word quit.

Do not quit, you have everything in you to succeed!

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.( In other words if we do not qui).!

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?

Yes, to continue to help people know their full potential!

It should be all of our hearts and desires on this Earth to cheerlead others on and see them fulfill their potential.

If we all would take a little time out of our busy life and just help someone or many someone’s
in what ever way we can,
(Like) answer their questions, let them know some of our challenges, and some pitfalls they could keep themselves from falling into.

We are not on this Earth to compete with each other but to complete each other

And when Society realizes this it will be a much better world.

In another part of the interview I put the meaning of fulfillment (the achievement of something desired, promised, or predicted).

My mission drives me daily to encourage people to be all they were created to be

This is definitely a mission driving my creativity to see others be creative and succeed.

On my TV show when we say goodbye we always tell everybody remember this

God does have a view and God does have a view personally for you

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?

A very important lesson that everyone must learn is not to let people mock, put down, or steal their dream or vision by speaking negative to them.

Many people in life have believed the lie that they just cannot do it, they do not have the resource, they do not have what it takes, the finances will never be there (which is lies , lies, lies) !

There have been many times where I have been challenged by people that would say I would never make it! I did not have what it takes!

You must learn to not believe a word the (nay sayers) say and continue to March forward

I always say there are the
The nay sayers
The they Sayers
and The God sayers and it’s what God says that counts– and that holds weight over your life because He is the one who created you

You have to unlearn the negativity in all of the things thrown at you of words that would try to make you believe that you’ll never be able to do it.

Words have power! But you mustn’t let those words that have tried to replay in your mind .

You start exchanging those words if you have to speak to yourself a hundred times today that you are worth it, you have what it takes, and that you will succeed.

A little backstory I had a father that made sure he let me and my siblings know that we would never amount to anything and that we were only good for one thing as a woman.

As you read the very little part of my life that I shared with you –You can see that his words were null and void — I have accomplished many things in life.

You have to unlearn those negative words and relearn— you can do all things — never quit and never listen to The False lies that would try to steal your dreams, goals, visions, and purpose.
