Alright, Sina thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. So, folks often look at a successful business and think it became a success overnight – but that often obscures all the nitty, gritty details of everything that went into the growth phase of your business. We’d love to hear about your scaling story and how you scaled up?
Identifying and collaborating with the right people. Everyone has a seat on the bus and the right leader can identify strengths and leverage the culmination of efforts into exponential outcomes by making sure the right people are in the right role. Employing and delegating members to work in unison holding the rope for one another. You can not scale without clear and repeatable systems, optimization and people.

I seek opportunity. Early on I knew that uncapped earnings would drive me so I knew the “jobs” and income streams I didn’t want. Then invested in myself and the craft I wanted to specialize and succeed in. Having mentors and learning form others will save time and prevent mistakes along the journey of reaching your goals, but self investment, reading, studying and learning the right habits is what will set ones results and growth apart from the others.
Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
Covid. We all had to pivot and adapt and those who didn’t went outta business.
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Digital media, every channel of social media has lead to another introduction to build on.
