We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Meg Ludwig. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Meg below.
Meg, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?
I hope that I leave a legacy of normalizing the supportive use of alternative healing modalities! I’m here to demystify the mystic experience and help everyday people feel comfortable seeking spiritual guidance outside of their normal “go-to” places.
The woo isn’t as scary as people think it is, I swear! I’ll show you how, it’s easier than you’d think ;)

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I have been seeking answers to life’s biggest questions for as long as I can remember (and I’m told even before that!). When I was small, I was really in touch with my psychic abilities. As I, and my abilities grew, I began to make people uncomfortable with the accuracy of my knowledge. One of my strongest gifts is Claircognizance (“Clear Knowing”): sometimes I just knew things and couldn’t explain how. Suffice it to say, this freaked a lot of people out! So I shut off my connection and tried to do what I was told (which I’ve never been good at).
I thought this would help me to fit in. (Spoiler alert: it didn’t! Also, that NEVER works!)
In High School I always played the part of the “therapist” within various friend groups. Through these experiences I learned the importance of story telling – how you speak to yourself (and others) really makes a difference in how you experience the world. What a powerful healing tool these stories can be- especially when used for our highest good.
A few careers changes later I discovered that trying to “fit in and be normal” was killing my soul!
It took me a while to figure it out (mostly because I was fighting hard against going into business for myself), but I dawned on me that I wanted to start my own business as a spiritual healer!
I am good at showing people how to heal themselves and find their own, personal connection to whatever they believe in (God, Source Consciousness, your Higher Self etc.). I had been spiritually lost for so many years, now that I found my way back to myself, I knew that I could help others find their Unique Path as well!
I find that the more I step into my abilities without fear or judgement, the more I feel blessed to help others do the same, and discover what makes their Soul light come to life!
I believe in giving actionable guidance to seekers of any background – you don’t need to be super into the “Woo” community to benefit from a session with me. Come with an open mind and a willingness to take the steps to become the person you want to be. I’m all about collaborating and co-creating realities, it’s so fun!
Some quick fun facts about me:
-I’m ALWAYS down to talk about consciousness origins
-My favorite music is old school blues & funk
-I LOVE to dance!
-I’m known in my family as Dr. Doo Little because I’ve always had a natural ease and connection with all animals (you can catch me chittering to squirrels and birds out on walks regularly)
-I’m finally acknowledging and stepping into my natural athletic abilities – gotta get this Aries energy out somehow! :)
🔮 Keep the faith & follow the signs. The Universe always has your back. 🌙

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
BOUNDARIES! I”ve found that the people who push back against you setting healthy boundaries (if, let’s say you never have before – hey fellow people pleasers!), are not the people you need in your life! In fact, they were probably benefiting from you having no boundaries, cause they can get away with whatever they want that way!
Same goes for the people who like to play Devil’s Advocate, and uphold society’s status quo (which doesn’t exist anymore, so give it up)!
How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
Well, like everyone, 2020 was the worst year of my life to date. Because of the economic hardship that the lockdown put on my bank account, I couldn’t afford to stay in my lovely LA apartment anymore (I was completely devastated) and had to move back home and in with my family (not cute at 33, let me tell you!).
It ultimately ended up being for the best, because we found our way out to Colorado in May of ’21, got my foot in the door at Eclectic CO (SO grateful to Peri and Ani for taking a chance on a random girl from Insta!) and have been absolutely beaming ever since!
