We were lucky to catch up with Anna Bledsoe recently and have shared our conversation below.
Anna, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What was it like going from idea to execution? Can you share some of the backstory and some of the major steps or milestones?
Ever since I was a child, I have been captivated by the world of business, thanks to my father who successfully established a construction company from scratch. I always knew that I was meant to run my own business, and so I began observing and taking mental notes of the functioning and systems of various companies while working different jobs as a teenager.
In my early twenties, I gained experience in various roles such as office manager, executive assistant, business developer, and marketing manager. I aspired to start a business that offered professional services to business owners without the stress of hiring, training, and managing a team.
I began by taking online courses on Virtual Business Management to learn about the best tools and practices for managing and organizing a business remotely. I became part of communities with like-minded professionals, believing in the adage ‘iron sharpens iron.’ My husband and I dedicated a year to acquiring knowledge about all aspects of starting and running a business, including setting it up, marketing, branding, acquiring necessary skills and tools.
In the initial years of our business, we served clients from various industries such as lawn care services, moving companies, interior designers, and attorneys. However, I realized my true calling when I started working with a real estate investor. After familiarizing myself with the creative investment industry, I discovered my passion for transaction coordination and overseeing the closing of properties.
I have combined all the skills I have acquired over the years to offer top-notch services to investors looking to grow their business.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My journey into the real estate realm began by providing administrative and organizational support to a real estate investor. Over time, my responsibilities evolved into managing their entire office operations. I observed a significant need among aspiring investors who often struggled to juggle multiple tasks, from lead generation to transaction coordination.
Realizing that many investors lacked a formal business background, particularly in remote management, I identified an opportunity to leverage my expertise. I became determined to alleviate their pain points and optimize real estate transactions throughout their growth journey.
Driven by my deep-seated passion for systematization, I established my business with the mission of empowering real estate investors. Through my services, I aim to streamline the complexities of property closings, elevating industry standards.
My vision is to foster ethical practices and provide unparalleled solutions within the real estate community. I aspire to make a meaningful contribution by instilling professionalism and efficiency, leaving a lasting legacy of excellence in the industry.
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
My heartfelt approach fuels my strategy for client growth. I’m driven by a genuine desire to support individuals in their endeavors and witness their progress. By extending this same mentality to both my clientele and personal relationships, I aim to create an environment where everyone has the opportunity to flourish.
My eagerness to connect with individuals extends beyond business transactions. I’m genuinely interested in understanding their challenges and collaborating to find solutions, even if they lie outside my own service offerings. Through these meaningful interactions, I believe I can make a tangible difference in people’s lives and attract clients who resonate with my values and commitment to their success.
Any advice for managing a team?
To foster a successful team and maintain high morale, leaders should lead by example and be self-aware. During stressful situations, they should manage stress effectively and communicate respectfully.
Trusting and empowering team members is crucial. Provide them with the freedom to showcase their abilities. Support their initiatives and be receptive to their needs.
Openness to feedback is essential. Leaders should embrace constructive criticism and actively seek opportunities for growth and improvement.
Positive reinforcement is powerful. Regularly express appreciation and acknowledge the contributions of team members.
