We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Eduardo Vidal a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Eduardo, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What’s been the most meaningful project you’ve worked on?
I have used my design skills to create visuals on instagrams to reach to Dreamers and portray hope through Art.

Eduardo, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Well I grew up in Los Angeles California in a small town called Baldwin Park, CA also the home of the in-n-out. I grew up just any american kid in this country. I always chased art and architecuture though it would give me a chance to be organized and clean, I started doing designs on instagram even though I didn’t get paid but It did reach to thousands of dreamers who identify with my immigration status. DreamersLA was my brand that helped me get back to college at citrus and get admitted to Cal-Poly University.
What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
Bringing my people together through art, education and social media. Letting them know they are not alone and we belong in America. There is a future for us here.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
I build my reputation with being an honest man and just asking for help. There are good people in this world regardless of what you see on the news. The world is actually bigger than it is.
