Raymond, appreciate you joining us today. Can you talk to us about a project that’s meant a lot to you?
Building the Empire with Lemuel Velazquez
2018 – 3 KINGZ EMPIRE creates a showcase series headlined by platinum-selling /award-winning recording artist to perform at historical venues in Dallas, TX and Memphis, TN.
2019 – 3 KINGZ EMPIRE added additional services to the platform/showcase series; (audio recording, video production, consulting services, and artist management)
2020 – 3 KINGZ EMPIRE’s Hip Hop Duo STR33T KINGZ released their first single entitled On’Em featuring platinum recording artist Lil’ Flip.
2021 – 3 KINGZ EMPIRE signs a label deal with Music Access. STR33T KINGZ also drops their first album self-titled STR33T KINGZ under Music Access on April 23, 2021.
2022 – 3 KINGZ EMPIRE’s Hip Hop Duo STR33T KINGZ releases single entitled Project Pat featuring Big Layrock and multi-platinum recording artist Project Pat on March 11, 2022

3 Kingz Empire is a media servicing company that provides audio recording, video production, consulting services, artist management, and showcase opportunities to up and coming and establishing artist. We specialize in booking platinum-selling /award-winning recording artist to perform at historical venues in Dallas, Texas and Memphis, Tennessee. We then provide independent artists all across the country a platform to showcase their talent alongside these well-respected artists.
We have successfully booked Paul Wall, Lil’ Flip, Li Will, Lil’ Keke, Tum Tum, Big Tuck, Lil’ Ronnie, Lil Wyte and may more. We believe that we can give our clients quality service at an affordable price point; while experiencing professionalism, integrity, and respect from all of the 3 Kingz Empire staff and their associates. Simply said; “We Just Do It Better.”
Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?
While there are many books that come to mind, there is one that has been most instrumental in my growth and development as a business owner and leader. This book is titled, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership by John C Maxwell. One thing that jumps out to me in this book is the quote “everything rises and falls with leadership.”
Speaking of the “One Thing”
The next book that I highly recommend is the One Thing by Gary Keller. Simply said: “The path to more is through less.”
I truly believe that if business owners and leaders really tap into the two quotes above, they will have a very successful business. By owning your leadership style and making the path to success clear, others will champion your cause and move your vision into reality.
Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
If I had to pick one thing most rewarding about the work I do, it would be my ability to help others. Helping others brings joy to my soul. The look that you see on someone’s face when they understand that you are there to help them is priceless. I am a teacher at heart and my job is to teach others how to become the best version of themselves. When I’m able to help others, I am truly fulfilled.
