We recently connected with Rayshawon Hardy and have shared our conversation below.

Rayshawon, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?

Yes so i was managing a page for one of my partners, that’s when i notice that i can use this tool to help other business owners. So i google social media and social media management popped up. i research it and was like wow this is a thing. i went from idea to how can i execute this, I just stepped out on faith started telling people we are social media managers. and also we included visual consulting cause my wife is great at editing videos. So then it was that haha moment like i love being on my laptop and phone we mine as well utilize this to help others. why i felt this will work because most small business owners, real estates investors and realtors don’t have time to be on social media and focus on their business. But they do understand the importance of using social media. Yes in my area and the people i know this was a big problem cause they are aware of the fact but don’t have time and we have the time to be their solution.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

My name is Rayshawon Hardy owner of Kingdom Consultant Firm LLC with my wife Danita Hardy. Just a little back story i started my business after four years of being out of jail, my wife was pregnant just lost a job and my wife said when we first got together God said we were going to be entrepreneurs. I didn’t know what that mean at the time but when your back against the wall it’s time to activate your faith. So we started as an consulting firm helping businesses five years and under restructure their business to help them become fundable for business credit. We still help with that but we are rebranding our business focus on a more essential need to help business owners focus on growing their business while we give them the peace of mind managing their social media presence. We also have digital products like eBooks ,courses, and cool freebies to help you get a growth mindset, how to start and build a business. What set us apart is our unique style our business is built off of biblical principles where we serve our clients to bring their vision to life. I’m proud of the hard work and discipline stay consistent in what you do it will pay off be patience learn your craft in the process and watch it take off!

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

Yes recently by finding a problem and helping being the solution to that problem by helping small business owners with their social media presence while they focus on growing their business. So now we are under rebrand mode which is pretty cool. For all my entrepreneurs its nothing wrong with pivoting.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

When no one else believes in you Know that God does and have faith in yourself. All things is possible to those who believe. It’s not easy people are going to doubt but when you’re in tunnel vision mode your not going to listen to the doubters Period!
