It all began during the unprecedented times of the pandemic when I found myself working from home, surrounded by a wealth of business expertise accumulated over years in the corporate world and through my own personal wins, ups, and downs as an entrepreneur. Yet, amidst the chaos, there was a quiet but persistent voice within me, urging me to do more than just navigate my own professional journey. It was a calling to share my knowledge and empower others to succeed in their entrepreneurial endeavors.
As I reflected on my career aspirations, I realized that consulting, coaching, and strategy had always been a passion of mine, deeply ingrained in my desire to guide and support fellow entrepreneurs. The pandemic served as a catalyst, amplifying this inner calling as I witnessed numerous businesses struggle with sustainability and growth.
Driven by this newfound clarity of purpose, I took a bold step forward. One day, I decided to share my insights live on Facebook, intending to offer guidance and support to anyone in need. Little did I anticipate the overwhelming response that followed. My inbox flooded with messages from individuals seeking assistance, hungry for the knowledge and expertise I had to offer.
It was a pivotal moment. Recognizing the demand for guidance and mentorship, I swiftly assembled a beta group comprising aspiring and established business owners from diverse backgrounds. Over the course of a transformative summer, I dedicated myself to coaching, consulting, and strategizing with this dynamic cohort, refining my approach and honing my skills in real-time.
Despite the demands of my corporate career, I was fueled by passion and determination. I seized every spare moment to meticulously craft a comprehensive program, drawing upon my years of experience and insights gained from working with diverse industries. We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
When I started building my audience on social media, I focused on authenticity and clarity. I made sure that every post, comment, and interaction reflected who I truly am and what I have to offer. It’s not about the size of the audience but the quality of engagement. I prioritized connecting with like-minded individuals and those who could benefit from my products and services.
Consistency was key. I showed up every single day, sharing valuable content and engaging with my audience. Networking played a crucial role as well. I actively sought out opportunities to connect with others in my industry and related fields.
My advice to those starting to build their social media presence is to be genuine and consistent. Know who you are and what you have to offer, and let that shine through in everything you do online. Focus on building meaningful connections rather than just chasing numbers. And remember, it’s not about how many followers you have, but how engaged and aligned they are with your brand.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
A lesson I had to unlearn was that constant hustling and overworking myself would always lead to success. I used to believe that my productivity and worth were directly tied to how busy I was and how much work I could accomplish. This mindset led to burnout and a feeling of being stuck in a cycle of never-ending tasks.
When I decided to start a family, I realized that I didn’t want to be perpetually busy just for the sake of it. I had adopted a survival tactic from my corporate days, where I felt the need to constantly stay busy to prove my worth and achieve success. However, I learned that this approach wasn’t sustainable or fulfilling in the long run.
Becoming a mother forced me to slow down and reevaluate my priorities. I discovered that I didn’t have to work myself to exhaustion to achieve my goals. Instead, I learned to trust in the process and have faith that things would work out even when I wasn’t constantly pushing myself to the limit. This shift in mindset allowed me to find a healthier balance between work and personal life, ultimately leading to more sustainable success.
