At the tender age of seven, I helped out on my father’s farm, picking sweet corn and selling it door-to-door with my trusty red wagon. Thirteen ears of corn for a dollar made me feel wealthy, but more importantly, it ignited a lifelong passion for business.
Fast forward 30 years, I became a specialist trader on the now-defunct Chicago Stock Exchange. Over 15 years, I immersed myself in trading technologies, eventually founding my own firm. My experience with various trading systems revealed both strengths and weaknesses, inspiring me to create a superior platform. With a close friend, I launched Technology Solutions International and developed Trade AnyWhere, which we later sold to a major New York broker-dealer.
