Jessica, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Can you recount a time when the advice you provided to a client was really spot on? From the bigger picture, your evolutionary path is right on schedule. The struggles and difficulties may feel like something must be wrong with life. Still, these moments are great catalysts for change.
Before you book a session, or if you are booked and waiting, a couple of self-inquiry questions can help you gain more clarity.
Becoming more present and honest about what you need is essential, which is the beginning of changing your current situation.
When considering your needs, always prioritize safety. Do you feel secure in your environment? If not, addressing this is your first priority. Feeling safe is not just a comfort, it’s a necessity for your mind to function optimally and for you to make sound decisions.
Safety must be addressed regarding physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
The second self-inquiry is whether I can get even more honest about my situation with myself. When you speak the truth about your situation, it is like clearing the fog to see the road and direction more clearly.

Hello,
I’m Jessica Eary, an intuitive guide and spiritual mentor. As an intuitive guide, I use my developed psychic abilities and acquired life wisdom to help people advance spiritually.
People work with me when they encounter obstacles that prevent them from living a fulfilled life, either in a small group or one-on-one session.
With my psychic ability, I can see the obstacles beneath the surface that hinder your progress. I found this work through an out-of-body experience that awakened my spiritual awareness. It was a terrifying experience, and I didn’t know whom I could trust to help me. After encountering a few spiritual teachers who imparted their learned wisdom to me, I realized they were also passing down their teacher’s trauma responses, causing confusion and a lack of sense of safety. That’s when I met my mentor, Sheila Reynolds, who reminded me of my grandmother and provided the safest sense of security in my upbringing.
Her presence allowed my heart to open and connect with my spirit, and from there, I was able to access my connection to the Earth, creating a stable foundation and healing generational trauma. From this foundation, I rise, blossom, and teach people how to live authentically connected to their humanity as we ascend together into loving awareness. If I can alchemize fear into love, so can you. I am here to guide you through the confusion to clarity so you can fully express the authenticity of your being.
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
The subjects that interested me in spirituality were meditation, astral projection, and energy work. Although I had heard from many esoteric teachers that you should always start with the first chakra when opening energy centers, I initially found focusing on the lower chakras boring. Instead, I took online courses centered around the higher chakras and astral projection. However, this approach led to an out-of-body experience that scared me, and I realized that I had taken in a lot of information that I was not yet ready to assimilate. This learning experience gave me a better understanding of what I teach now. It highlighted the importance of addressing the foundational first chakra issues of safety, connection to the planet, life force energy, and stable foundations before progressing on the spiritual path. I learned that we can’t skip essential steps in our developmental processes and think we are enlightened. We must heal collectively and grow together as a community. As a result of my experience, I am responsible for sharing this understanding with others, and this is how we heal deep trauma: by getting to the root of our trauma responses, the ways we operate in the world that we are perpetuating the suffering and keeping ourselves from progressing. We must start with the foundational layers of development. There are no shortcuts.
What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
The pure joy of connecting my spirit and body allows something that feels much bigger than me to guide and inspire me; when that all comes together and reveals the beauty of life, I am always in awe of life.
