Roxanne , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
I’m on a mission to help people feel more confidant! Beauty comes from within and everyone should feel that power and strength from being happy! Whether it’s acne or some other insecurity you should feel your best and embrace life!.

Roxanne , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
SkinRX was founded in 2015 and I quickly surrounded myself with like minded people. Whether it is staff, patients, my business partner and friends. Everyone has played a huge role with what our brand is today. We excel at everything in our company and always work hard on providing the best there it to offer. It’s more than a treatment at SkinRX. It’s an experience! An experience of feeling and looking your very best, being at peace and feeling that love and beauty within you. It’s truly aesthetics elevated at SRX. Elevated to another level than the average place. Elevating your self worth and returning for more!

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
Every successful person fails! Failure teaches you to problem solve and be resilient. you can accept that failure or overcome it. I chose to do the later. There were times I had to work those 80 hour work weeks with very little sleep. The bills were piling up and business was slow. One week I had about a full day of last minute cancelations every single day. I couldn’t afford my sitter most weeks that first year in business. My kids had to sit in an office and play with their dolls while I would treat patients in the room next door. I made it work. I was able to overcome some very tough days and it made me stronger. It made me a better owner, leader that has empathy and patience and someone that refuses to fail. I love mentoring other entrepreneurs! There’s nothing better than seeing people succeed in life! Everyday I’m surrounded by success and an amazing culture at SkinRX! I couldn’t be more excited and proud to see my team succeed!

How’d you meet your business partner?
My business partner is intelligent and successful. He was a good friend who I would often ask for advice. His advice has always led me to success. He has and still continues to teach me so much about entrepreneurship and guided me to help make the best decisions. One day, I had an amazing offer that I brought to his attention. He then realized my path to success was close and he had a vision to get me there sooner! Four years after he joined SkinRX we have increased sales over seventy percent. My advice is to surround yourself with like minded people. Your business partner should fit that. They should be someone you can trust and admire. Someone that will help you grow and succeed.
