Ocean, appreciate you joining us today. Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea
When I started my diversity, equality, and inclusion business, it all began with a passion for creating positive change in the workplace. The idea sparked during a conference where I saw the significant need for these important values to be integrated into corporate culture. From that moment, I spent several months researching and developing a comprehensive business plan. I delved into understanding the market, identifying potential clients, and devising customized solutions.
After finalizing the business plan, I focused on building a network and establishing partnerships with like-minded individuals and organizations. I also worked on sharpening and refining my consulting skills to ensure that I could deliver valuable and impactful services. This involved attending additional training programs, workshops and seeking mentorship from established professionals in the field.
When it came down to the practicalities of launching the business, I had to consider the legal and administrative aspects. I registered the business, obtained the necessary licenses, and set up a dedicated workspace. At the same time, I began to market my services through social media, professional networks, and industry events.
The journey from the initial idea to the actual launch was both thrilling and challenging. It required dedication, perseverance, and a willingness to learn from setbacks and adapt to changing circumstances. However, seeing the positive impact of my work and the meaningful connections I have made along the way has made every step of this journey incredibly rewarding.

I’d be happy to share more about myself and my business. I have always been passionate about diversity, equality, and inclusion, and I strongly believe in the power of creating inclusive environments. My journey into this industry started with a deep personal commitment to understanding the challenges and opportunities associated with diversity in the workplace.
My business focuses on providing consulting services to organizations looking to foster diverse and inclusive work environments. I offer workshops, training sessions, and strategic guidance aimed at addressing issues related to diversity, equality, and inclusion. By doing so, I aim to help my clients create a workplace culture where every individual feels respected, valued, and empowered to contribute their best.
