I wanted to display my gratitude to my clients and reward them for all of their hard work and dedication. So I surprised all of my active clients with an all-expenses-paid vacation to Miami. The generous gesture was a token of my appreciation for their loyalty and support over the years.

My name is Jerrica McNair I’m a MOM/Financial Advisor/ Tax Preparer/ Board Certified Credit Coach. I specialize in both personal and business taxes and credit coaching services. I have extensive knowledge with almost 8 years of finance experience and I have almost 6+ years of experience in credit management I work with clients to help them achieve their financial goals. I’m most proud of my son and all his achievements in life. He is such a great kid I admire his dedication in anything he does. I work as hard as I do to make sure my son is proud of me as well. I plan on leaving this all to him and his kids someday in God’s will.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
The best source of new clients for me would be social media. Being monetized on all social media platforms has increased my clientele tremendously and I have also earned new income streams by doing so. Google has also been a huge factor in my clientele, having a Google listing not only brings in interested potential clients but also people in the area searching for generalized finance services.
My third and final source would have to be networking events. Being able to physically meet clients and show my skill and expertise in person increased my clientele and my following on all social media accounts. This also helped me get my foot in the door for more networking events. And now over the years, I have even been offered paid hosting gigs. I have even started hosting my networking events to bring in more income. I love my clients and I love bringing in more clients to our family!

We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
I keep in touch with my clients through a private Facebook community. The private Facebook group allows me the opportunity to teach and speak to all of my clients as whole at a faster pace. We also utilize monthly emails that include newsletters, finance tips, budgeting strategies, and FAQ credit questions just in case our clients have any questions or concerns.
My favorite form of communication would be my top-of-the-line credit software which comes with a built-in mobile app that allows clients 24/7 client portal access to reach us at any time through chat or email.
