Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jill Case. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Jill, appreciate you joining us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?

I want to help people get what they truly want in life allowing them to live their best life-NOW. Myself and so many I have worked with live from a place of “tolerating” a majority of their life because they feel that they have to “work” to receive what they want after they make the money, or get the next promotion, or retire or go on vacation. Or perhaps they feel that they really can’t do and live how they really want ever. I have a heart for suffering because I feel I spent a majority of my life suffering my way through to find more joy. I realized there is another way and I want to help others discover this same truth. I help people find their “Genius” which is their expert level of creativity found within their essence that gives them access to their natural talents, gifts, values and intrinisic motivation. When people tap into their Genius they can experience the joy & satisfaction they seek in the now and more easeful pathways turn up.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I consider myself a modern day alchemist of many skills, tools, philosophies and paths. I have had parallel careers in what may seem to be clashing worlds. I am a chemical engineer by degree and spent a successful career working up the ladder in the manufacturing industry in senior leadership positions. Later in my career, I shifted my focus to people and systems and began my own consulting firm that specializes in workplace culture, people development and strategy. I help companies leverage their most valuable asset-their people through executive coaching, and designing and optimizing systems that create better communication and more synergy within the strength of their connections.
My parallel career was in teaching yoga and mindfulness classes & workshops and offering astrological coaching and somatic healing. I help individuals reach their potential by helping them get unstuck and leverage their obstacles as doorways to their inner Genius.
No matter who I work with whether this is a leader of a company or an individual, I am a keen “seer” and my expert level clarity cuts through the noise to identify the pathways to greater flow and freedom in whatever area the clients seeks to unlock. I am a strategist and a library of vast tools and tactics that are customized for each person to meet them exactly where they are.
Currently, I have fused my work to provide integrative coaching work that can be done through customized retreats, workshops, and coaching containers. I help lead others to living their Genius life in all aspects be in relational, in their work, in their health! I provide strategy support work to businesses that want to take their results to the next level and work at their zone of Genius leveraging the Genius power of their people.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?

I believe on of my greatest life lessons and what I hope to pass on to my clients is the realization that you don’t have to suffer to get what you want. You don’t have to sell yourself short, edit yourself, compromise who you are and what you want or do anything that feels less that amazing to have what you want in life. It never works. Instead, what life has taught me is that if you follow your joy and what completely lights you up. If you trust that light and effervescence, it will lead you towards your most expansive and fulfilling life, and you don’t have to know exactly what or how this can be to start. You follow your desires-the ones that make you smile and feel excitement in the now.
As a business owner this was such a tough one to learn because you want to generate clients and you want them to be repeat customers so you think you have to over deliver or work crazy hours or compromise because you want it to “work”. I felt like a chameleon always bending and shifting to what my clients wanted until I realized. wait, I am the expert. If it doesn’t work for me how can it work for them? This shift requires so much trust. And not one time but each day that I show up for and as me! No compromises and no settling. I want the best for all-including me and that yeilds way more powerful results!

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

I think my genuine passion and intrinsic motivation. I think when we follow our highest passions and desires it breeds a type of authenticity that is refreshing for people. I call it our resonance. For me it is a powerful motivator and attractor to others. People can sniff out when you are not excited about what you do or when you are not authentic and it breeds very average results. When we are fueled by passion, people want to be a part of that and it draws them in. I also feel that when we follow what we love we are naturally really good at it…because we are meant to be doing this very thing. I call this our Genius. I think my love of people and communication and relationships naturally flows out of me so people can easily spot that I am doing what I love and helping people lights me up. I am open and honest and share a lot of my own path to help others know me in my growth and evolution. I feel that helps too. I am not up on the stage talking down. I am a few steps ahead saying “come along…I was scared too but it is way better here!”.
