We recently connected with Harmony Pavett and have shared our conversation below.
Harmony, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea
My journey began many years ago during a 9-year hiatus in Asia. Before this, I was working as a celebrity hairstylist. At 33, I had my first near-death experience, which led me to a medicine man in Bali, where I discovered my new home. After returning and liquidating my life, I made the move official.
I immersed myself in studying various healing modalities and underwent my own personal healing and awakening, experiencing the dark night of the soul. Through this process, I gained deep insights into healing.
During my years living between India and Bali, I learned to sing in Sanskrit and fell in love with Mantra. I’ve been singing Mantra for over 10 years, have two albums, and even had a private music contract with Harmonic Egg to integrate my Mantras into global healing technology.
One day in Bali, while practicing yoga and singing, I received a message: “it is time to go home and serve your people.” Heeding this, I sold my belongings and moved to LA, leveraging my Hollywood connections. I enrolled in the RAMA Institute in Venice but eventually moved to Chicago due to an adverse reaction to LA, where I met my current husband.
During the lockdown, I felt confused about my message to serve my people until my husband discovered the Harmonic Egg on Gaia TV. After meditating on it, I felt a strong affirmative and we drove to St. Paul, MN to try it out. We loved it and soon signed contracts to bring it to our area. I also co-created two healing Mantra pieces for the Harmonic Egg.
On June 16, we’ll celebrate our 4-year anniversary. Every day, I am grateful for this journey, which has helped me create a successful business and an amazing community.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I am the owner of Harmonic Egg Naperville, specializing in integrating my spiritual education with the advanced healing technology of the Harmonic Egg. This combination is perfect for my focus on highlighting and transforming unconscious programs in my clients, with the Harmonic Egg helping to integrate the new, upgraded vibrations.
Holding space for others in this capacity comes with great responsibility. It’s crucial for me to maintain a high vibration and continuously work through my own traumas, unconscious programs, and triggers. To achieve this, I engage in daily Kundalini Yoga (non-negotiable), sing Mantras, eat organic foods, and drink plenty of water.
During my 9 years living in Southeast Asia, I delved deeply into esoteric practices, which opened up my “clairs” and allowed me to perceive energy as numbers, mathematical equations, and pure energy. This profound experience unfolded when I began studying Indian Classical music in Delhi, India.
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, and I’ve witnessed significant positive transformations in my clients’ lives. When clients apply the teachings, they experience more joy and happiness, which in turn strengthens their immune system, creates a happier inner world, and enhances their decision-making abilities. They learn to navigate situations with more ease, better communication, and increased self-love.
Through my own awakening, I’ve realized that self-love and trust in one’s own decisions, guided by an inner compass, can redefine lives in authentic and transformative ways. This authentic living leads to manifesting different, more fulfilling experiences.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
While living in Bali, I met a local businessman who seemed honest and smart. He welcomed me into his family, making me feel taken care of and protected. After a couple of years, we decided to start a company producing all-natural haircare and bodycare products. With my 15+ years of experience as a celebrity hairstylist in L.A., I knew exactly what I wanted to develop.
Before this partnership, I had already begun working with a lab to create these products. Once we decided to launch a company, these products became available to the general public. The company quickly became successful, and we envisioned selling on a global scale. I chose to reinvest my income into stock, never taking a paycheck, to support this vision.
However, after four years, I began to feel things were out of alignment. When I confronted my business partner, I realized I had been taken advantage of—it was a scam and a deep betrayal. I lost everything: my store, my investments, and I was left feeling broken and lost.
In response, I left indefinitely for India to reflect on where I had gone off path. This journey was one of the toughest and most profound experiences of my life. I was shown where I had betrayed my intuition. Looking back, I saw my intuition had been trying to speak to me, but I didn’t listen, allowing someone else to manipulate me. This realization brought me to my knees as I saw many parts of my life that were not in alignment.
Years later, I am grateful for this experience. It taught me invaluable lessons that have shaped me into the businesswoman, healer, and musician I am today. I am proud of her, I trust her, I listen to her, and I take good care of her. In return, she can take good care of so many others.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
Years ago, I worked as a celebrity hairstylist in LA, living the “glitz and glimmer” life. I flew on private jets, attended dinner parties at A-list celebrities’ homes, wore top fashion labels, and partied like a rock star. At 33, I was at the height of my career, earning more than most doctors and having a lot of fun—until it all became too much.
I burned the candle at both ends until I burned out. Health became paramount when everything else lost its luster. My life pivoted dramatically when I was admitted to the hospital with a MRSA Staph infection, marking my first near-death experience.
During my hospital stay, a friend gifted me the book “Eat, Pray, Love.” Inspired by the story, I knew I needed to meet the Medicine Man in Bali. I committed to visiting him once I was strong enough to leave the hospital.
When I arrived in Bali, I felt an undeniable connection to the land. Every cell in my body told me this was my new home. Everything felt familiar and peaceful; I felt more like myself than ever before. After a three-week stay, I knew I had to return.
I visited Bali multiple times, and while working with Courteney Cox on a TV show, I decided to make the final move. I left the production, liquidated my belongings, and moved permanently to Bali for the next nine years.
During those nine years, I dedicated myself to learning, unlearning, and relearning new ways. I studied with incredible teachers from various paths, including Ayurveda, tantra, Mantra, consent techniques, communication techniques, health, food, yoga, being still (harder than you imagine), surrender, spiritual studies, and more.
