Alright, PAULETTE thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
“I invest in people over profit!” –
For 20 years, I had a job; ran a non-profit dance studio; created and sold products, hosted performing arts international conferences, and an online mentorship program — not necessarily in that order. In essence, I have instinctively practiced multiple streams of income without realizing it, and it has served me well, financially.
Fast forward — during COVID-19 as the world scrambled to figure out a global pandemic, and give us answers to the finances crisis — my conversations with friends and family begun to construct a theme – “Financial Freedom through Multiple Streams Of Income!” Before long, I am giving advice (to anyone who would listen) on what I had done as a single woman to keep my head about water during a global pandemic! Gradually, it dawned on me that I had these practices for years! Now when I NEED money MOST, multiple streams of income practices saved me from financial disaster.
Thus began the seed for my business. With excessive time on my hands during the “shelter in place” orders, I took to the internet, and was obsessed with every financial course, class, workshop I could find. I listened to thousands of hours of podcasts and tutorials to help me understand how money works and how money moves!
So in 2020, I officially pivoted from a 30 year career in Performing Arts education & management –working with organizations such as Department Of Education & David A. Straz Performing Arts Center — created and online academy, and now focus on coaching women on Finances Freedom thru multiple streams of Income & helping them create Home-based Business.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
The best source for new clients is when I speak at…or host an event events. Having people in the room or on zoom allows me to share from my experience in a way that my website does not convey. I share about toxic beliefs and limited thinking for most women, and how to break them.
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
I have had to unlearn the way I think about earn and growing money. MANY, MANY toxic beliefs were pass down thru my family and faith.
Back story:
I was raised in the Caribbean with very little, around peo0ple who had very little…I did not see a way out due to my LIMITED THINKING!
I was also raised in a Christian community that did not teach about having lots of money. So there were major TOXIC BELIEFS AROUND money that I had to unlearn and overcome.
