We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Kade Jungkurth. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Kade below.
Kade, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Was there a defining moment in your professional career? A moment that changed the trajectory of your career?
The moment gyms were shut down during the pandemic changed the trajectory of my career.
Thats when I started transitioning more online and realized I could help clients get just as good of results virtually.

Kade, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’ve been passionate about fitness since I was about 15 years old. I was one of the smallest kids in my class my freshman year of high school, but then I put on 40 lbs of muscle in about a year. So much confidence came from transforming my body, and physical transformation became my passion that moment forward. I studied sports conditioning at Texas A&M University, and I started training clients while I was in school. Once I started helping others reach their physical goals, I was hooked on this profession. I worked in different gyms for about 6 years, and I basically lived in the gym training clients all day. I loved what I was doing, but there were some downsides. The only clients that could afford to work with me in person were very high level CEO types. My time was 100% capped. And I felt like there had to be a better way. I started training online on the side, but I didn’t take it that seriously at first. Then during the quarantine, they shut down the gyms, and I was forced to put more focus online. What seemed like a crisis at first turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Fast forward to today, and I’m able to help nearly 100 clients at one time reach their goals remotely using the technology we have now. I’m able to provide workouts every time each client works out, custom meal plans, and constant checkin accountability on every aspect of heath in each clients daily lives.
I’m able to help anyone who needs help because I have many different options that anyone can afford.
And the crazy part is, my clients are seeing even better results than when I was training in person.
I recently hired a client success coach who helps me keep everyone accountable and add another layer of support.
I’m very confident in saying that anyone who joins our team and sticks to the program will become the strongest version of themselves that they’ve ever been.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
To make it online, you have to create an online presence on social media. But what I think helped me stand out is showing my own transformation mentally and physically and being vulnerable in public. Your followers want to feel like they know you and can relate to you. That’s why you have to really show different sides of yourself online. I not only post my client transformations and informational content, but also vulnerable connection posts to build trust and relatability.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing your clientele is to get your clients great results. Sure, marketing helps a lot, but if you’re promoting a bad service then you’re not going to get very far. Not to mention the best clients come from referrals. So get every client fantastic results, and ASK them to tell their friends and family about you!
