The best source of clients for Arrington Adventures is word of mouth and referrals. I’m very comfortable sparking conversations and networking with folks to tell them about our travel agency. Many clients come from previous travelers who have experienced our services and recommended us to others.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
When I first started Arrington Adventures, coming from a background in nonprofit and city government, I felt the need to maintain a certain branding on social media. However, I realized that this approach was missing potential clients because the information wasn’t easily understandable. I pivoted my social media strategy to simplify and clearly outline the services I offer. This change has led to an increase in group trips and older adults becoming my clientele. It’s been one of the most significant pivots I’ve made, and I’m currently adjusting my approach to appeal to a broader audience.
