Jennifer , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
IN 2020 and 2021 life threw me some curveballs, and I caught them with an idea that eventually turned into the business I launched with my partner Charissa. It all began in a period of immense personal upheaval. I had just left an abusive marriage, determined to rebuild not just my life but also my business, aligning everything with my deepest values and ambitions. I was chasing fearlessly after what mattered most—authenticity, empowerment, and freedom.
The spark for my business ignited during the darkest times. I was stuck behind my computer all day, managing social media for others, feeling every bit as confined and controlled as I had in my marriage. The frustration built up until I had my lightbulb moment. It came when I was invited by Charissa to co-found what we now know as the Enchanted Funnel. The concept was simple yet revolutionary: what if we could automate the mundane yet keep the magic of personal touch in marketing?
I realized we were onto something big. We were solving a problem that many entrepreneurs face but often ignore—the need for personalization in automation, something not many were addressing directly. Our approach was unique; we were not just automating processes, we were infusing them with the essence of the entrepreneur’s spirit, their brand voice, and their unique story. This was what got me most excited—the possibility of creating something that not only makes business easier but also keeps it deeply connected with its audience.
The more I delved into the idea, the more I saw its potential to be a game-changer. It wasn’t just about making things easier; it was about making business more human in an increasingly digital world. This understanding was crystal clear—people crave connection, and if we could provide a way to automate without losing that connection, we’d hit gold.
This journey from an idea born out of personal struggle to a thriving business was fueled by a belief in empowerment through technology. The logic was clear, as every entrepreneur, at some point, faces the challenge of scaling without losing the personal touch that set them apart initially. We were filling that gap, and that’s how I knew we were onto something not just worthwhile, but necessary.

I’m Jennifer, a determined and creative entrepreneur who co-founded Enchanted Prosperity alongside my business partner, Charissa. Our journey into creating what we proudly offer today began from my own experiences of seeking freedom and authenticity in the business world, especially after leaving an abusive relationship. I wanted my business to reflect my core values and to empower others, especially women entrepreneurs, to do the same.
At Enchanted Prosperity, we specialize in innovative marketing solutions, focusing on automating processes without sacrificing the personal touch that brands are built on. Our flagship offering, the Enchanted Funnel, is designed to infuse each client’s unique voice and brand essence into their digital marketing strategies, ensuring their marketing feels as personal and authentic as if they were speaking directly to their audience. This approach solves a major problem for many entrepreneurs—the need to scale without losing connection with their audience.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Building my audience on social media has been a journey of genuine connection and learning to speak directly to the hearts of those I aim to serve. It all started with sharing my story, the highs and lows, and being transparent about my experiences in entrepreneurship, particularly how I’ve navigated personal challenges like leaving an abusive relationship and rebuilding my life and business aligned with my core values.
My advice for those just starting out is to focus on authenticity. Share your true self, not just the polished highlights. People crave real connections, and they engage with content that resonates on a personal level. Don’t be afraid to show the real work that goes into your success, including the setbacks.
Engagement is key. Respond to comments, ask your followers questions, and dive into discussions. This builds a community rather than just a follower count. Also, consistency is crucial—not just in how often you post, but in maintaining your brand voice and message across all platforms.
Lastly, use tools wisely. Automations and scheduling tools can help you maintain a consistent presence without overwhelming yourself. Remember, social media is a tool to engage directly with your audience, so use it to genuinely interact rather than just broadcast.
Any advice for managing a team?
When it comes to keeping team morale high, I believe it all boils down to trust, open communication, and a bit of cheerleading. I make it a point to catch up with my team regularly—not just about work, but about life. It’s important they know they’re valued beyond their to-do lists.
Celebrating the small wins is just as important as the big ones. It shows the team that all their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. Plus, recognizing their efforts really boosts the spirit!
I also encourage my team to grow with us. Whether it’s through new courses or taking on challenging projects, it’s about helping them carve out a path they’re excited about.
In the end, keeping morale high means leading with a lot of empathy and a commitment to their success. It makes all the difference.
