Dustin , appreciate you joining us today. What do you think Corporate America gets wrong in your industry?

I believe in Corporate America what gets lose the most is the people. We tend to think that everyone works for the owner or company, but in reality the owner should work for the employee. Be in the business of building people and people will then build the business

Dustin , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

We are a full service roofing and construction company for all your storm restoration needs. From hail to wind damage we can help with every step along the way. We offer roofing, gutters, fences, interior/exterior

As well as roofing we opened our paint less dent repair company that handles you vehicle after a storm. We offer valet service, that we will pick your ride up from your home, bring you your rental car, full restore all hail damage to your car, full detail interior/exterior then drop your car back off at your home.

The thing we are most proud of is the ability to service and help so many clients. Impacting families and restoring their home to pre storm conditions is what brings the most joy.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

When I was 14 years old I was actually homeless. I remember nights of sleeping on a park bench, I was scared, tired, hungry and was the worst point of my life. I knew this was my life now but I knew it wasn’t the life I wanted for forever. Going through that challenged me to overcome obstacles and challenges, it teaches you to never give up. Regardless of your circumstances you can change your life if you truly believe.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

In life and business when my son was born. My child hood has taught we to be super selfish and at times I only cared about what was in it for me. The moment I saw my wife with our son I knew I had to change my life and who I was. It was hard work but I developed a servant mentality. I knew in order to get everything I wanted in life I had to give everyone around me what they wanted first.
