Amanda , appreciate you joining us today. Risk taking is something we’re really interested in and we’d love to hear the story of a risk you’ve taken.
Thank you for the introduction. Of course, there is more to my journey than what I have listed here, but the greater story is one of personal growth and healing.
Three years ago, while working full time as a single mother, I decided to put myself back into school and received my 500 HR yoga teaching certification. Yoga re-opened my spiritual path to becoming who I was truly meant to be–the full expression of a spirit having a human experience. I rediscovered my love for painting and began creating in all forms. What you think you create, and what you do create, you become.
So, I continued in healing and wellness: I became a Reiki Master, tuning fork practitioner, and Spiritual Life Coach. Through my coaching, I was finally able to balance all aspects of my 4-fold being (Mental, Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual), Additionally, I released or removed more and more of what didn’t serve me.
In October 2022, I came to another crossroads in my life. I left the relationship I was in and moved my family across the country for a new adventure/experience. Ultimately, we settled in Southern Arizona–a state I always felt called to.
Since then, it has been my calling to assist others in remembering who they are and what they are capable of. I am truly grateful for this path. It has led me to the here and now; the moment is all we have!

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I would be happy to… I have been on a spiritual path my whole life, always searching for the “truth”. I have always been creative and attended the Maryland Institute College of Art. Being creative was always something that came naturally to me, as well as the deep desire to assist others. After college, I went through a period in my life where I felt I was constantly in fight-or-flight mode. When COVID hit, like many others, I came back to myself and re-connected with my spirit. I started painting and making jewelry again. Re-inspired, I decided to put myself back through school to become a Yoga/meditation instructor. Rekindling my search for the “truth”, I knew I was back in the flow of life.
I trained in energy and sound healing. I became a Reiki Master, Tuning Fork Practitioner, and Spiritual Life Coach. I owe a great deal of my training and healing to Infinite Healing and Wellness in NJ. Additionally, I am a published author of 2 books and create channeled art and jewelry that exude love, positive vibrations, and healing thoughts aimed to remind individuals of their self-worth.
I founded my company, Heart High, in 2021. It is an organization focused on personal development and growth… one which draws inspiration from decades of spiritual studies, fitness, yoga, meditation, and nature. I am inspired to help others by using the same tools I used to heal my own IBS, anxiety, and grief. I am thrilled to continue assisting others to remember who they are, A Creator!

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?
Oh my goodness… are there books and resources!? After many years of reading and collecting spiritual books, the core group of books are called: I Am Mantras, From God to You: Absolute Truth, The Way of a Master, You Matter, A Spiritual Guide to Manifestation, and The Sapiential Discourses Volumes 1-4, all by Elliott Eli Jackson; Heal your Body, by Louise Hay; Hidden Messages in Water, by Masaru Emoto; The Alchemist, by Paulo Coelho; Mastering Self, by Colleen Brindley; The Eternal Self, by Betsey Ryan; and The Profit, by Kahlil Gibran. Those are only a few!

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
I had to unlearn everything I was taught growing up. I have to unlearn society’s view. I had to relearn the truth of who we are and what we are truly capable of: we are all Creators, and there is nothing we can’t do!
