Hi Alex , thanks for joining us today. Did you always know you wanted to pursue a creative or artistic career? When did you first know?

Since I was a kid, I’ve been obsessed with movies and TV shows. I loved making my own animated films and attending acting school. When I was around twelve years old back in Serbia, I even had my own TV show and appeared in several commercials. It was more than just a hobby; it was like therapy. And now, the fact that I’m doing it for a living is pretty amazing. Over time, I realized I wanted to turn this passion into a career, bringing characters to life and telling stories that can make a change, bring joy, or make someone laugh. Working in entertainment has always seemed like the ultimate fun job

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Originally from Serbia, I made my way to California for career and school. Hollywood’s influence was huge, even back home. Growing up, I was always into films, social media, video games, and music… Multimedia was my thing since forever. Studying in the USA showed me how to turn my passion into a business. I do a bit of everything in the industry. I act, direct, and now I’ve got my own movie studio, The Young Dragon Studio. It’s a dream come true, I get to tell stories and help others bring theirs to life. At Young Dragon Studio, we’re all about making inspiring and diverse films that make people happy. We do short films, social media content, and take on other creative projects too. What sets us apart? Our love for storytelling and our drive to keep things fresh and exciting. We’re proud of what we’ve done, but we’re always looking for new ways to push the envelope. So, if you’re looking for awesome films and cool content, look no further than The Young Dragon Studio. What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?

The coolest thing about being an artist or creative is seeing your ideas come to life. Imagine putting in all that work and then there it is, a finished movie, a killer song, or a screenplay that rocks. It’s like watching magic happen. And you know what’s awesome? The process of making it. Working with your friends and meeting interesting new people. So yeah, being an artist or creative is all about bringing your ideas to life and having a blast along the way.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

My creative journey is driven by a clear mission: to make feature films that tell diverse and original stories from around the world. I’m passionate about amplifying voices from different cultures and backgrounds and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the screen. Ultimately, I aim to create cinema that leaves a lasting impact, inspiring audiences to think, feel, and engage with the world in new ways.
