The legacy I hope to build is one of love, kindness, and resilience. I strive to be remembered as a devoted wife, a nurturing mother, and a loyal friend. I want people to say that I lived my life with integrity, compassion, and faith. Above all, I hope to be remembered for the love I gave and the positive impact I made on the lives of those around me, and a company that stands for that. To always remember yourself, love yourself, and to never forget to pour into yourself.

Taylor, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I’m the founder of TBEAUTY, a brand centered around inclusivity and self-care. Four years ago, while pregnant with my second child, I embarked on a journey to create skincare products that not only nourished my skin but also represented my love for beauty and self-care. Body care has always been my first passion, whether it’s finding a soothing gel to alleviate dryness or indulging in a beautifully scented lotion that transports me to a serene island.

At TBEAUTY, I handcraft skin healing body butters, oils, and beauty products with meticulous care and attention to detail. One of the things that sets my brand apart is that I customize each scent, ensuring that every product is unique and tailored.

My inspiration for starting TBEAUTY came from my own struggles with postpartum depression after the birth of my first child. I learned the importance of self-care and how taking time for myself, even just an hour a day, could lift my spirits and alleviate my anxiety. I wanted to share that sense of solace and rejuvenation with others, providing them with a little oasis of tranquility in their own homes.

I take pride in knowing that each of my products brings joy and solutions to my customers. Whether it’s finding relief from dry skin or simply indulging in a moment of pampering, I strive to make a positive impact on the lives of those who choose to shop with me.

My ultimate goal is to create a one-stop shop for all self-care needs, where customers can find everything they need to look good, smell good, and feel good. I’m dedicated to continuously expanding and improving my product offerings to achieve this vision.

What I’m most proud of is the legacy I hope to leave behind for my children. Through TBEAUTY, I aim to build a brand that embodies love, compassion, and empowerment, inspiring others to prioritize self-care and embrace their own unique beauty.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

Despite facing challenges in an oversaturated industry, one of the moments that truly showcased my resilience was when I encountered setbacks in sourcing quality ingredients. Instead of giving up, I tirelessly researched and connected with suppliers until I found the perfect partners who shared my vision for quality and sustainability. This experience taught me the importance of perseverance and determination in overcoming obstacles on the path to success.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

A lesson I had to unlearn was the belief that immediate resources and clientele were necessary for success. I realized that consistency was key, and building my brand at my own pace was essential. I also had to stop comparing myself to others and understand that my company’s journey is unique. This mindset shift allowed me to focus on my own growth and progress without feeling pressured to rush.
