We were lucky to catch up with Noadia Valsin recently and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Noadia thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

Event planning is truly my dream career. I started in the field because the passion of planning and designing radiates from within. At eleven years of age I started to place decorative accents around my parent’s house. On Sundays, during church I would go in the media room to place a ribbon on the wall. My first born baby shower, that’s when I knew that I have a tremendous amount of love and talent. I picked out the colors, and handmade all the centerpieces then I set up the whole venue. Once all of it was set and done, the joy of seeing it all come together was truly heartwarming. That is the same moment I want each of my clients to experience.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

My name is Noadia Valsin. I’m a wife and a mother of 3 children. I’m a devoted wedding planner and designer. I started in the industry 5 years ago. My business name is Memorable Event Design, LLC. I take pride in providing excellent quality of events and stellar customer service. I strongly believe in customer’s satisfaction. At eleven years of age I experienced the joy in the event planning industry, I know I wanted others to experience the same. That is why I started. Working on an event with a client and seeing it come to a reality is truly rewarding. I enjoy seeing the smile and contentment in my client’s face once they see the final product. I provide wedding/social events planning and designing. Because client’s satisfaction is important to my company, I always take it into consideration when my client says they are not happy with certain aspects of the event. What sets me apart I’d the trust and passion I have developed for wedding planning, the joy to create different styles of events no matter the budget. I’m most proud of the way I’m able to educate my clients on why this design is created this way, why certain decorations and accents cost this much. My brand is centered on customer service. I would like my clients, followers, and fans to know that I’m here for them and their wish is my command.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being creative?

The rewarding aspect of being creative is seeing a sketch or mood board come to a reality on event day.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?

I keep in touch with the client by remembering their birthdays or wedding day anniversary. I pin a beautiful note for them on that specific day.
