We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Hetal Mehta. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Hetal below.
Alright, Hetal thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Have you ever had an amazing boss, mentor or leader leading you? Can you us a story or anecdote that helps illustrate why this person was such a great leader and the impact they had on you or their team?
I’ve had several awesome bosses all of which exhibited the same characteristics..They encouraged and supported their team in being their very best and allowed us to think and be outside the box of our titles. My former boss was a gem of a person. She was kind, thoughtful, grounded and intelligent.
Me being me was very energetic and impulsive. she acknowledged my good work and trusted me with more. She believed in leading by example and doing a good job. She had good work ethics and never indulged in office politics.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I always wanted to do something unique in my life and I found that in Homoeopathy .when I was in 12th std, I was sure that I wanted to become a doctor but I was not sure about branch. For some health problem I met one Homoeopath doctor near my place. I got improved soon with her treatment.
So I decided homoeopathy as final choice. When I got admission to homoeopathic college, I was thrilled and excited.
In my first lecture, I was introduced to the method of homoeopathy. It is based on principle ” similar cures similar” That day I learnt that how horrible treatments were in practice at that time. Dr sammuel Hahnemann discovered this principle. He was MD doctor in 18th century who left his practice due to hopeless message of medicine at that time.I am really having proud to be homoeopath.
I cured my hairline fratures through homoeopathy medicine. I cured many cases successfully in India.
I love Natural medicine and I do yoga everyday!!

Hetal Mehta is a vibrant, multi-faceted, down-to-earth personality who believes let there be ups and downs, life is meant to be a celebration!
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
To me, resiliency is the ability to overcome stress, bad situations, and being able to self-develop yourself into something better.
Everyone is going to have problems and issues in their lives. Some may be more traumatic and stressful than others, but point is that everyone will be put under stressful situations and circumstances.
I personally was very shy and overthinking personality but I was determined to improve myself; so I decided to challenge myself. I registered myself for an elocution competition. I was scared to death but when I was in front of a big crowd I let go off the fear for the first time in my life. After that speech, I gained tremendous confidence.
I surely had my moments of weakness when I met with a big accident, but I did not let those stressful and painful events overtake my life, change my mindset.
Then one day, I met a wonderful person who became my husband! He changed my perspective on life. For me life was only having fun but him being more intellectual, prompted me to think deeper while being my bubbly and enthusiastic self at the same time.
It took a bit of time, but I started applying more efforts to my daily life. I began excelling at my job and winning several awards. I began to develop my own ambitions because I wanted to see how far I can go in life, and yes, resiliency has become an integral part of me now!
Other than training/knowledge, what do you think is most helpful for succeeding in your field?
Other than training/knowledge, there are many things like hardwork , luck, good family background support, etc.
But the most important thing is attitude which matters most, be it in getting job, or anything in life attitude matters a lot.
Try to have always a right attitude..
Another thing is Courage. Courage is the opposite of fear and fear is the worst enemy of every human being. Don’t be shy, don’t be afraid, At least you are going to fail, but what is failure? Failure is just a word that nature use to say that you used the wrong method to get the result you wanted. Don’t give up, try another method and you will get it…you CAN.
Most of jobs out here (not all, but the majority) doesn’t really require all the education process. A non educated person (without diploma) can do the same work as well as an educate one . He just have to be trained on that spécific job,
