My entrance into the beauty and grooming industry was inspired by my cousin Antonio, a seasoned barber with years of experience under his belt. His idea to expand on his shop sparked the birth of something innovative and groundbreaking in this industry. Antonio, Maiya and myself put our heads together and came up with The Gentlemen’s Cave Luxury Barber Lounge to provide a vibe and service that this industry was missing.
From a young age, I’ve possessed an entrepreneurial spirit, always eager to dive into new ventures and uncover the intricacies of various industries. My early experiences promoting hip hop shows since the age of 14 served as invaluable training grounds, equipping me with the resilience and adaptability needed to navigate any industry landscape.
Currently, I proudly serve as the co-founder, co-owner, and CEO of The Gentlemen’s Cave Luxury Barber Lounge. Our establishment isn’t just a typical barbershop – it’s a haven of opulence and refinement, where men can indulge in elite grooming services and revel in the epitome of luxury.

We opened our doors with great excitement and anticipation, eager to introduce our innovative concept to the world. However, just one month after our grand opening, the COVID-19 pandemic struck, forcing us to shut down operations for two long months. It was a challenging time filled with uncertainty and adversity, but it was also a profound test of our determination and resilience.
In the face of this unprecedented crisis, we knew that we had to pivot and adapt if we were to overcome the challenges ahead. This setback only fueled our hunger for success and strengthened our resolve to persevere.
We saw this as a test from God, a test of our commitment to our vision and our willingness to do whatever it takes to see our business thrive. It was a reminder that the path to success is often fraught with obstacles, but it is how we respond to those obstacles that truly defines us.
During this time, we refocused our efforts on refining the details of our business model and enhancing the effectiveness of our marketing strategies. We sought out creative solutions and forged strategic partnerships to help us navigate the uncertain landscape ahead.
