Team Made Real Estate started out of necessity as a result of the gap that exist between real estate investing and the formal education system. Canada was majorly under-represented with access to training in the real estate field, so Team Made Real Estate is the answer to this. We truly believe and are most proud of the fact that our membership embodies the saying “teamwork makes the dream work!” Team Made Real Estate helps real estate entrepreneurs get their first or next real estate deal done. Providing real estate training and development designed to help real estate investors build their their real estate empire in record time!

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?

There are three main aspects of a business deal. The first is the entrepreneur (working partner), the second is the investor (money partner), and the third is the investment (opportunity). These three groups are bound together by legal agreements. This is called a Joint Venture. Partnerships like this are an effective way to fund your business dreams and entrepreneurial goals.
