We recently connected with Ronald Williams Sr. and have shared our conversation below.
Ronald, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today One of the most important things we can do as business owners is ensure that our customers feel appreciated. What’s something you’ve done or seen a business owner do to help a customer feel valued?
When I first started Enterprises International LLC, one of our first customers had faith in our company and allowed us to serve some of their top clients throughout the State of New Jersey and parts of New York, and we served them with professionalism and expediency. As a show of gratitude upon reaching our one year anniversary partnership we celebrated by hosting a fully catered luncheon for them as a christmas gift to express our gratitude.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
The desire to own my own company was inspired by my Father. My desire to enter the Appraisal industry was fueled from watching and sometimes assisting my Father when he repaired automobiles, to see his passion making it work right and the expression on his face when he heard it running the way it was built to run. Along with that my tenure as an Auto Damage Appraiser for a major insurance company encouraged me to explore my own ideas and designs to get closer to and serve our customers more intimately. Here at Enterprises International LLC we offer a range of services, (a) Automobile damage appraisals,(b) Light truck to class8 trucks, (c) Loss causation, (d) Proximate cause of loss, and motorcycle damage appraisals to name a few. One of the main dilemas we here at Enterprises International LLC solve for our clients is the fact that they can depend on us to deliver to them professional and courteous service. To Enterprises International LLC our customers are not just a file or claim number, they are people that want to know that someone is listening and cares about their concerns regarding the loss they have undergone. I am most proud of our continued desire to innovate our service and increase our knowledge of this Industry we serve so that we stay on the front line, which enables us to keep our focus true. This is a great industry to work in, it allows you to help turn a bad situation into a stressless one just by your empathy and true desire to right what has happened to the best of your ability.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
There was a time when I went through some personal problems as well as financial issues I faced simultaneously that caused me to have to literally suspend my operations for some time, but my desire to resume my company did not wane. By the Grace of The Most High I was allowed another chance and I stepped into it, now I was not financially where I thought I should be, but there was an urging in my spirit and I stepped out on faith and onto the path and by His Grace I am coming back, there is light, and I am feeling stronger each day. If you have a vision and dream please do not let fear and doubt control your direction, for if the dream and vision is there then the conclusion is for gone.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
My desire for providing professional, courteous and expedient service. If we say we will, we will.
