Jazmin, appreciate you joining us today. When you were first starting out, did you join a firm or start your own?
When I was first starting out I did join a law firm I made the right choice because it’s the nations largest‘s personal injury firm with mass marketing and huge attorney team. the backstory was myself working jobs just to make it by, knowing I’m not loving what I’m doing and hating to work every day, yet through my education certificate and interning at smaller firms I was able to understand and appreciate working for a large firm.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
The best ones that have in clients has been Google business appetizing on Facebook and social media promotions you get clients in areas I have never been and it’s really important to market outside of my Tri-County area now going state wide
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
I do have a loyalty program with so many documents stamped by me I do ours for incentives to my clients as far as continued even more discounted services yes are you free service as well
