We have 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, we have encountered many challenges in our process in this business, but at the same time we have used it as a tool to offer our different and innovative concept in our projects and organization. In our operating system, we have a great work team and currently my work is digital and creating an operating system, creating digitalized advertising campaigns reaching the needs of our clients and structuring our events with the most current and training our work team to give the best to all our events

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

Currently I have understood that failure is the best teacher to achieve success, and it took me many years to understand it, but things will not always turn out well and nothing bad happens with that, the best thing is to use failure to improve everyone in our environment.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

The most important thing about entrepreneurship is to start without fear, creating daily content, to make ourselves known, and work on our own creativity and highlighting our own talents, being unique and at the same time you will see great results.
