Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jonathyn J. Williams. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Jonathyn J., thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s talk legacy – what sort of legacy do you hope to build?
When it’s all said and done, and my time here on Earth expires. I want to be remembered as a tool of transformation. The man who was bold, creative, and courageous enough to do things the right way, but his way.
A man who decided to follow God and allow him to use me for his glory.
A man whose foundation was built on serving others.
A man who gave his all to his wife and kids, and paved the way for them to be the best versions of themselves.
I feel that my form of leadership and my approach to life will continue to inspire generations to come.

Is there mission driving your creative journey?
Two Particular goals:
1. To be a Role model:
To take the leadership role, and be a role model for those who don’t necessarily have one. There is a plethora of people who lack direction. With everything that is going on in the world, sometimes you can come to a season in life where you question your purpose. I’ve been there, and I know what it’s like to have low self-esteem, the need for validation from others, and a lack of self-identity.
2. To be “the voice”
It’s a terrible feeling to have when you’re enduring tough times, painful moments, grief, and affliction. It’s even more detrimental when you are going through all that by yourself. When I was at my lowest point in life. There were inspiring voices I’d listen to, to help me get through it all. I strive to be that for other people!

Are there any resources you wish you knew about earlier in your creative journey?
JESUS!!
I always knew he was there, I just didn’t utilize him properly.
Through Christ, we have the opportunity to restart life without starting life over. Sometimes you feel that you just want a redo. You’ve harmed people, treated people wrong, made bad decisions, and just wish there was a way that it could get wiped away.
The answer to that is a relationship with Christ! The hardships and wrongdoings of the world were never God’s intention. Evilness and wickedness were never a part of the plan. The refuge, the love, the comfort, the compassion, the peace, and the direction are all waiting for you in his arms.
