As the founder of Jam AI, I’m proud to lead a woman-owned business in the rapidly evolving fields of AI and technology. Professionally, at Jam AI, we’re deeply committed to breaking down the complexities of AI, making it accessible and user-friendly. My background is quite diverse, spanning from owning a web development agency to venturing into custom pet product companies. Throughout my entrepreneurial journey,When Ai products came out all I could see was its capacity to drive efficiencies across various industries.

I was fascinated by how AI could save professionals an immense amount of time when used correctly. This revelation led me to establish Jam AI, where we focus on providing custom in-person and On Demand Training tailored to our clients’ unique needs. Our AI Club Society offers ongoing support and training, helping businesses stay at the forefront of AI innovations.

At Jam AI, we’re not just trainers; we’re innovators. We develop custom AI Libraries that serve as comprehensive suites of AI-powered tools. These libraries help streamline operations, enhance productivity, and foster growth, addressing the specific challenges our clients face. Whether it’s automating mundane tasks or aiding in making data-driven decisions, our AI solutions empower businesses across all sectors.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

Reflecting on a crucial lesson I’ve had to unlearn, it all comes back to the early days of my career in the tech industry. Being a woman in a field dominated predominantly by men, I initially thought I needed to blend in to succeed. I used to dress in nondescript attire like black, modulate my voice to sound more ‘professional,’ and suppress my genuine self. I believed that mimicking others, particularly how I perceived successful individuals in my field behaved and presented themselves, would propel my career forward.

However, as I embarked on the journey of founding Jam Ai, I realized the power and importance of authenticity. I decided to ditch the facade and embrace my true self. Now, I’m not afraid to be loud, wear vibrant orange, or bring my personal stories and experiences into my professional engagements. Whether I’m discussing being a mom, sharing my workout routines, or expressing my love for Vanderpump Rules on stage, I bring my whole self to the forefront.

This shift toward authenticity has not only allowed me to stand out but also resonated with people around me. I discovered that people are drawn to authenticity—they appreciate and connect with those who are true to themselves. Once I opened up and showed my real personality, I found that opportunities started coming my way more than ever before.

Want to talk about fate? I was walking my boston terrier down a street one day when all the sudden two dogs jumped their fence and attacked us. After fighting the dogs off for 5 minutes I was getting myself together on the sidewalk. Then drove up a young lady to see if I was okay, she offered me and my dog a ride home. Turns out, we had some mutual friends. We met up to talk business and we have been working together ever since.
