Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Krista Watkins. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Krista, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Can you share a customer success story with us?
I had a client make an initial consultation appointment with me. She was very hesitant on getting started with me. She had several questions which isn’t a bad thing but I could tell she was stressed. She said she had been doing extensive research and was very confused by all of it. She got emotional and told me that she has felt depressed and that she found it hard to keep it together most days. I answered all of her questions and told her I was here for her. She left the office and I didn’t hear from her. She was on my mind and I was worried about her. A few weeks had gone by and I reached out to her. I told her that I was thinking about her and wanted to know how she was doing. She said she did not have any improvement and wanted to try working with me. She came back to the office. We worked on balancing her hormones. It was probably two weeks later that she emailed me saying that she felt completely different. She thought it was a fluke but then she realized that this was going to be her new normal. I was emotional. This is what its all about. Clients come in crying about their symptoms all the time. I tell them to empty all the burden to me. To left me carry it. I see the weight shift. I am blessed to be in that position.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My goal is to guide you to a thriving life with more energy, less worry and to be filled with gratitude for your body.
I struggled with digestive and thyroid issues and hair loss. Nutrition Response Testing provided me with answers to my symptoms. Nutrition Response Testing also helped when my newborn was labeled with colic. We were able to identify which foods she was sensitive to. Once we eliminated those foods, she was a happy and calm baby. Nutrition Response Testing also provided relief to my hormonal challenges after my pregnancies.
Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body in order to determine the underlying causes of ill health. When these are corrected through safe, natural, nutritional means, the body can repair itself in order to attain and maintain more optimum health. Our goal is not only to alleviate your symptoms but to address the root cause of your health concerns. By identifying and treating nutritional imbalances, we aim to support your body’s natural healing process, allowing you to experience long-lasting well-being.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
From day one, I wanted to be authentic. That is still a very important value of mine. I don’t love social media but it is where most clients find me. They may not know where to go to get relief from their issues but then they see my post or stories and realize that I may be a solution for them. My goal with social media is to share my lifestyle in the hopes that other women/moms/daughters can start to make small changes in their life and redeem the rewards long term. I love sharing what I have learned over the past 2 decades on this journey. It doesn’t happen overnight but I am telling you, those small changes you make are important. I love hearing that someone learned something from me and started teaching their kids. I think this might be my favorite part…aside from clients getting relief from their symptoms. :) I don’t think many children understand what it takes to be healthy, what affects their mood, their attention span or their waist band. Teaching them early on can make a positive impact on their mental and physical health.
Don’t spend all day on social media. Personal outreach and connection is just as important. Support your community too! There are other people out there like you that could use your support.
What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
perfectionism. I am still working on it. I have very high expectations for myself. I don’t think I have this completely figured out but typically I try to find one thing I accomplished in a day that I am excited or proud of and try to focus on that and not what I didn’t accomplish.
