Recently, I had the privilege of attending to a client who visited on her birthday. She had evident signs of distress and you can tell she wasn’t in the best of moods. Sensing this, I tried to create a welcoming and comforting environment. Towards the conclusion of her appointment, she confided in me the recent loss of her mother, which left her grieving and struggling to find joy in her special day. Additionally, she shared her insecurities about her appearance, having recently gained weight. Surprisingly , she expressed that my “light” and positive energy were the highlight of her day, despite the challenges she faced. This moment served as a major reminder of the significance of my profession and the impact it can have on individuals during our brief encounters. Throughout our hour-long session, we had lively conversation, genuine laughter, and mutual empowerment. Operating within my makeup suite, I have encountered women of diverse ages, each engagement offering enriching and thought-provoking exchanges. I find immense fulfillment in uplifting younger women while also benefiting from the wisdom imparted by those older than myself. It is indeed a privilege to be able to interact with women from all walks of life and to leave a lasting impression through the services I provide.

At the tender age of 16, I embarked on my journey with makeup, a period marked by personal struggles with acne and textured skin, which often impacted my perception of personal beauty. I turned to makeup as a means to conceal perceived flaws. However, over time, my involvement in makeup application evolved beyond mere camouflage, blossoming into a discovery of newfound talent and, more significantly, a new feeling of self-assurance.I believe what distinguishes me from other service providers is my proficiency in fostering a sense of comfort and security among clients. I take pride in my high client retention rate and the reputation I have established for myself at the age of 23. I want to be remembered as someone with not only great talent but magnetic energy… a healer through skill

How did you build your audience on social media?

Social media all comes down to consistency. Consistency in posting and quality content will take you a long way. Advice ill give to any one who is starting to build their social media presence is to never give up. There are days where I myself struggle with consistency but i then remember social media has taken me so far and I cant give up now.

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?

A book that has significantly impacted my way of doing things is Atomic Habits by James Clear. Starting and growing my own buisness showed me that I needed to find new ways to keep up good discipline on time management and everyday habits. The book broke down ways to form healthy habits and get rid of not so good old ones. It also showed me that habits are backed by emotion … to form a new habit , it has to motivated by strong emotion.
