We were lucky to catch up with Caitlyn Noel recently and have shared our conversation below.
Caitlyn, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Can you talk to us about serving the underserved.
Caitlyn’s Care serves the geriatric population. My business provides assistance to senior citizens who are wanting to stay in their homes as long as possible. Going into group homes, independent living, or assisted living facilities are in their future but giving up their home, their memories, their tangible things and most importantly their independence is a hard thing to do. By providing them with daily or intermittent assistance will increase the longevity of them being in the comfort of their own home. My assistance also provides reassurance for family members who might not be able to help them daily.


Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I was inspired to start Caitlyn’s Care because of my grandparents. When I moved to Arizona from Iowa I wasn’t thinking of the troubles my grandparents would endure while getting older and the strain it would have on my heart that I wasn’t there to help them with their daily tasks. When I’m with my clients I am so fulfilled helping them and their families. I have been able to utilize my certification as a physical therapist assistant and my extensive experience in geriatric physical therapy to provide the highest quality care to my clients. I’m proud of the fact that I have some of the best contractors working for me. In this industry the most important things, I believe, are honesty, trust, and commitment. Those are three qualities that are unteachable, if you have these qualities about you, then I can teach you the rest. I’m committed to helping not only the clients but my contractors becoming successful and feeling confident in what they do. I feel as though Caitlyn’s Care is different than any other agency because of the foundation it was built on and the commitment I have to providing clients and families with the care they deserve.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
I quit my job not really knowing if I was doing the right thing. At this time I was also just beginning to get back into Church again and so I sat with my bible one day and I said out loud, “God, is this what I should be doing? Do I quit my job and pursue this idea?” and I opened up the bible and it landed on the word of Job. I read it and was thinking… this guy lost everything! This is definitely a terrible idea! I then messaged a religious friend of mine and I asked her what her thoughts were on this and she replied, “I would look at it as someone who threw up their hands and gave it all to God and know that he will pull through and guide you to prosperity.” Beginning my business was also very seamless, I kept mentioning it to friends and they knew someone who could help with all aspects, from my website, to lawyers, insurance, t shirt designs, and creating a logo.. it was so easy! There was no way that this isn’t what I was meant to do. While I was just starting to speak about my business my chiropractor gave me the best advice and this quote gave me the confidence drive to keep going and that was, “If you know your why, the how will come.”
“The greatest compliment you can give is a referral” I have built my clientele all through word of mouth.
After I quit my job I was just praying to get one client, and after I got that one client then it opened up the flood gates for all of these families that are in the same boat of trying to find the best care for their loved one. It goes to show that if you do it right and with good intentions and your heart in the the right place, good things will happen.
