We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Holly Griffin. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Holly below.
Alright, Holly thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Was there a moment in your career that meaningfully altered your trajectory? If so, we’d love to hear the backstory.
I would say the defining moment in wanting to work with others in the healing industry was inspired by my own emotional and personal struggles and growth. Being on the other side of depression, low self esteem, hopelessness and unhappiness. Beginning in childhood due to societal influence, cultural influences as well as maturing and becoming a woman. Our insecurities are exemplified during our life changes. There is typically years of trial and error one may go through in finding the right path to our own self discovery. Once you find what works for you the transformation to peace is inevitable.

Holly, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I have been a practitioner of many modalities for the past 23 years and provide my eccentric perspective on healing for the inner journey of self-discovery, I am excited to meet you and to be a part of your transformative journey back to the pathway of your soul! I offer, breathwork, reiki- energy healing, Dream Regressions and past life regressions. In Dream regression technique we go directly into the core of what is blocking the person, starting at the symptom or issue and moving into the root cause. What I would like to share with others is “It took you many years to accumulate the thoughts patterns and behaviors that are causing your pain, anxiety and disconnection from life.
You need to be ready and willing to do this work.
Any and all healing modalities involve your attention, desire and willingness to feel good and to truly want change in your life, to break free from the restraints that are preventing you from living to your fullest potential.”

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
Resilience for me was attained in working through my own inner process of healing, not giving up but also trusting in the light at the end of the tunnel. Surrender would be the best word to ensure your strength when times get tough! Allow the process.
Other than training/knowledge, what do you think is most helpful for succeeding in your field?
The most significant thing we can look at as healing practitioners in terms of finding or being successful is being willing to do the work ourselves. It is only through unraveling my own womb trauma, self-esteem issues and the search for inner peace that allowed me to understand what feelings and blocks another could potentially experience in order to reach their goals. Without having worked through so many different healing experiences I feel it would not have allowed me to see so clearly how to support, and be present for my clients creating a safe space for them to be in their own process.
