We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Sailè. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Sailè below.
Sailè, appreciate you joining us today. When did you first know you wanted to pursue a creative/artistic path professionally?
I wanted to pursue the path of music since the age of 6. Singing with my grandmother in the early mornings while she cooked breakfast always reminds me of my genesis of loving music.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I’m Sailè, I have been singing and writing for most of my life and composing music for over 10 years now. With my father and grandfather having musical talents it led me to join choir throughout my primary and secondary school. I also received a music scholarship at the collegiate level. As I got older I bought my own equipment and began composing as well as writing my own music. Enduring situations and relationships whether good or bad, I always used music as my tool to comfort myself and to vent. What sets me apart from every other artist is simply me being myself. I think we as individuals are more powerful if we consistently remain original and hungry to work hard for every opportunity we make for ourselves.
I am most proud of the effect my music has on my listeners and those to come. They will see my growth and dedication in every project that is tastefully made.
With jazz, gospel, soft rock, classical, and rhythm and blues being my background, my music has a beautiful mix of all these genres. I vowed to myself to never be one dimensional when creating what I see and hear in my mind. In turn that helps me with my unique sound. After listening to my music the listener will leave with a message and feeling better than before they pressed play.
My brand is for all the dreamers around the world to make their dreams a reality. For the story tellers to be fearless in telling their story with truth and conviction.

Is there mission driving your creative journey?
The goal I have with my creativity is to not only have my stories and compositions be heard around the world, but to also let people know that it’s never too late to pursue any dream they have.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
In 2011, I auditioned for American idol. I was very anxious and excited to be around so many great singers and just to have the opportunity to be heard. Once it was my turn to sing, I was not as confident as I thought I would be. The judge told me no and I walk away. Now that I have grown into my a mature artist, I look back on that experience being thankful because it taught me to always be prepared for any situation that I was ask to create.
