We were lucky to catch up with Aly Jade recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Aly, thanks for joining us today. Did you always know you wanted to pursue a creative or artistic career? When did you first know?

As a singer, the joy of using my voice as an instrument to convey emotions and stories likely played a pivotal role in steering towards a musical path. The act of singing is a powerful form of self-expression that resonates with both me the performer and the audience.

Acting, another facet of my creative pursuits, adds a dynamic layer to my artistic journey. The ability to inhabit different roles and bring characters to life involves a unique set of skills that contribute to the multifaceted nature of my artistic identity. Whether it’s on stage or in front of a camera, the art of acting allows for exploration and growth as an artist.

YouTube, as my starting point, embodies the democratization of content creation. It provides a platform where individuals can showcase their talents, share their stories, and build communities. The decision to embark on this digital journey reflects a desire to connect with others and leave a lasting impact through my creative endeavors.

Professionally pursuing a creative and artistic path often involves overcoming challenges, honing skills, and continually evolving as an artist. The initial spark of realizing your passion is just the beginning; the subsequent dedication to refining your craft and navigating the complexities of the creative industry is integral to sustained growth.

The moment I recognized my inclination towards a creative and artistic path, fueled by singing, acting, and content creation, marked the inception of a journey full of artistic exploration, setting the stage for a professional career with my music journey! I have found what I love and that’s the art of music.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

I’m 17 years old, born in Starkville, Mississippi but now resides in Los Angeles, CA. I began dancing at the age of 3 years old in various genres so music has always been a huge part of my life. I started taking vocal lessons in church at a young age but when I later moved to Los Angeles full time her music became not only a priority but therapeutic to the soul. When she’s not acting, modeling or dancing I’m writing new music or in the studio working on my next song.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

Since music has been my main focus, my drive would be trying to find my audience that really enjoys my sound and art while also understanding my personality! I plan to release an ep or album in the future when the time is right! I’m always pushing myself to do the best that I can, I love working and can’t wait to do bigger!!

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

The key is staying active! Post everyday! Show consistency and let your personality pour! Don’t be afraid to be yourself and be different I feel that’s what we need more of! Our personalities separate us from everyone!
