We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful ZONTAYVIA SOLOMON JILES. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with ZONTAYVIA below.
ZONTAYVIA, appreciate you joining us today. What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a customer that you appreciate them?
The best thing I have seen done to show a customer that they are appreciated was recent. A woman car was in a car fire and her Stanley cup remained intact although her car did not. She made a video, and it gained attention via social media. The company bought her a new car and gave her a supply of Stanley’s. I am sure the woman was shocked that the cup was still intact but the blessing that came along with it was her receiving a car which was a stressful situation when you are looking at starting over. However, the part that was the biggest was for the company to provide her with a supply of the cups. As a career working woman, I never leave home without a cup, so I am sure her heart was overfilled with joy.

ZONTAYVIA, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I am a Patient Safety Manager at a local Military Treatment Facility. I am also the owner of WriteWay, LLC. WriteWay, LLC is a female veteran-owned small business whose mission is to help college students balance priorities by assisting with courses and assignments. WriteWay also assists writers with publishing and editing their works of art.
WriteWay was founded as a hobby. I would assist my friends with assignments and would never ask them for anything. I moved overseas and that was when I realized that the time, I give out for free could be returned with revenue. That is when WriteWay was created.
As the owner of WriteWay the problems we solve for our clients is we relieve stress. We do this by assisting the client in the areas that they need assistance with the most. WriteWay, LLC is set apart from others as we assure that nothing less than a B will be received on any projects, we assist them with. This is not something other business in the same arena delivers to its clients.
I am most proud of my clients who continue to return as clients. They trust us to deliver and spread the information of WriteWay to family and friends. This increases our diversity of clients that we service. I want potential clients, followers, and fans to know that WriteWay DELIVERS world class assistance that other educational assistance organizations do not.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
The most effective strategy for growing clientele has been to not be afraid to try new things. WriteWay started out as a business that only assisted in assignments. We now help with courses. WriteWay also gained services along the way. We now offer book publishing assistance to clients who may want to publish literature.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
One lesson I had to unlearn was being vulnerable to clients who could not afford my services. I once had a client who gave me a story that made me feel that I should allow payment options. I allowed this client this option and it would always be issues of why I could not receive the payment on the date they stated or the amount. Once I received the final payment, I told myself never again. It made me restructure how I received payments and when certain amounts would be due.
