Alright, Valerie thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
In The Valley Of The Sun, LLC, began with the idea to bring more awareness to small businesses 7 years ago, highlighting local AZ businesses. We have recently expanded to social media management for small businesses. We offer social media management tailored to our business owners needs.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
In The Valley Of The Sun, started when my oldest daughter was about 6 months old. I was a stay at home mom who was looking for community and purpose. I found that this platform allowed me to stay connected to others around me and my purpose was to use the platform that was created and highlight local small businesses.
Have you ever had to pivot?
Being a new stay at home mom, I didn’t have much time, but I made the best use of the time I had, doing that has helped businesses in my community and has also helped me fulfill my purpose to help business owners. As my now 2 daughters are growing up, I have more time to put into my business and add more services and grow as well.
