Stephanie, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Was there a defining moment in your professional career? A moment that changed the trajectory of your career?
I never thought I’d end up dedicating my life to helping others get better and transform their health. But let me tell you, life took me on a crazy ride. It all started with me being overweight my whole life and dealing with a bunch of health issues. I had problems with my thyroid, messed-up digestion, autoimmune disease, arthritis, anxiety, depression—you name it, I had it. I was so sick, physically, mentally, and emotionally, that I hit rock bottom.
When I was at my lowest point, I had to make a tough choice: keep slowly dying while suffering, or do something to change my life. This time I mas hospitalized, the doctors couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me, and the meds they gave me did nothingbut worsen my condition. I was scared and exhausted. for months all I could do was lie in bed and search online for answers to my health problems and how to heal.
I started trying out home remedies like juices, herbs and healthy meals to improve my condition. I had these spasms where my throat would close up every hour, and it felt like I was about to die every time. I couldn’t even stand up properly or breathe. It was terrifying. But you know what? How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start?
anything is possible.
I am a person who refuses to be held back by any circumstances. In the beginning, I had very little money, barely enough to take care of myself. But with nothing more than a notebook and a pen, I set out on a mission to make a difference in people’s lives. I started consulting individuals right in the comfort of their own homes, determined to bring about positive change.
As I began to earn a little money, I seized the opportunity to invest in an iPad. Suddenly, I had the power to send emails and create documents for my patients. It was a game-changer, allowing me to provide even better service and support.
But I didn’t stop there. When I had enough patients every day, I set up my makeshift office at Starbucks. It became my sanctuary, a place where my patients would come and go, and where dreams started to take shape. And when the time was right, when I had gathered enough strength and resilience, I finally moved into a small office space that I could afford. It was a humble start, with a $20 chair, a $50 desk, and a used computer. But it was a symbol of my determination and progress.
Word started to spread about my incredible work. People flocked to me, seeking guidance and support in their weight loss journeys. What started as a mere passion turned into a thriving business. I found myself hiring talented individuals to join me on this incredible path, and together, we experienced exponential growth.
Today, I stand proud as the founder of a full-fledged company. We see more than 12,000 people each year, touching their lives and helping them achieve their goals. But I couldn’t have done it alone. My husband, my rock, became my business partner, sharing the same vision and passion for making a difference.
