Amy Lee, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What’s the best or worst investment you’ve made?

The best investment I ever made as a business owner was in social media templates for my business. They were the first time I really felt like a real life business. Seeing mock-ups with my logo and workbooks and images with my face on them that looked so polished and professional, really skyrocketed my confidence as a leader. I still use the Biz Template Babe templates to this day!

I’m deeply passionate about guiding individuals to unlock their true potential and live their dream lives. My journey into transformative coaching and mentorship began with a profound personal realization: the immense power of tapping into one’s inner wisdom and the universal energies that guide us. This realization led me to develop unique methodologies such as Erogetics™ and Dream Design™, which form the cornerstone of my practice.

My Background and Entry into the Industry:
My path to becoming a coach was not just a professional choice but a calling. I have always been drawn to the mystic aspects of life and the untapped potential within each person. Over the years, I have honed my skills and understanding of human psychology, spirituality, and the laws of the universe, including the Law of Attraction. This blend of knowledge and intuition forms the basis of my coaching practice.

I offer a range of services, including intuitive mentorship, personal and professional coaching, and on-demand video training courses. My coaching encompasses a variety of areas, from business strategy to personal fulfillment and relationships. The unique aspect of my coaching lies in the integration of advanced techniques like Neuro-energetics.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

Absolutely! I built a pretty decent following on social media by being myself out loud. One thing that didn’t serve me very well growing up but proved to be a great asset as an adult was not worrying about what other people think of me and just being wildly authentic. I am not afraid to share my thoughts on certain situations and I don’t hold back when it comes to sharing how I got to where I am. This combination of authenticity and open heartedness has served me well!

My tip for someone building a presence, be who you already are and invite the world to watch you experience that journey.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

Oh gosh, ok here we go..

A lesson I had to unlearn kind of came with the climate of the coaching industry. There was always this idea that you had to make yourself the brand. To be bigger than life and to make working with you a source of FOMO for potential clients. And even though my peers were making money hand over fist with this approach I could not for the life of me indoctrinate people to see ME as their solution. Their guide? Yes, their mentor absolutely, but to ask for all that power. I couldnt do it, and it caused me a lot of pain because it felt like that made me a failure.

Here I was a mom of 5 kids (one with special needs) the breadwinner for my family and I couldn’t hack it in this industry of icons? Fortunately I realized this was NOT true embodied leadership and now many of the leaders who operated their businesses in this way are starting to fizzle out as more and more clients recognize their own true power to co-create their dream lives with or without someone else giving them permission.
