We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Kermit E Rosado a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Kermit E, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Alright, let’s jump into one of the most exciting parts of starting a new firm – how did you get your first client who was not a friend or family?
I remember receiving a call from a friend who os an entrepreneur, letting me know some people from Canada had homes in FL that needed to be remodeled. I called rhe person, did estimate and got the job. I remember low estimate to get it. Got my kids on board and did several house for them!

Kermit E, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I have been working in the Construction industry for more than 25 years. I am a cabinet builder, a welder and have tons of experience as a floor tile installer, dry wall installer, i custom build anything. I love working with wood. Creating customers idea into a reality.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
My work speak for myself. Do a good job. Bringing to reality that estimate that was accepted. Being honest and truthful to your self so you can rely truthfulness to your customers.
What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
Reference from previous cistomers has been the best source for new customers!
