We recently connected with Cintoria Franklin and have shared our conversation below.
Cintoria, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Risking taking is a huge part of most people’s story but too often society overlooks those risks and only focuses on where you are today. Can you talk to us about a risk you’ve taken – it could be a big risk or a small one – but walk us through the backstory.
Through my journey of risk-taking and self-discovery, I’ve learned that anything is possible if you believe in yourself and never give up. And I hope that my story inspires others to break their barriers and reach for the stars.
I also learned that breaking barriers doesn’t always mean achieving something huge or significant. Sometimes, breaking a barrier can be as simple as trying something new or overcoming a fear. It’s the act of stepping out of our comfort zone and challenging ourselves that makes all the difference.
Another important lesson I learned is that breaking barriers is not a one-time event. It’s a continuous process of growth and self-discovery. As we navigate through life, we encounter new challenges and obstacles that require us to break new barriers. But with each barrier we break, we become stronger, wiser, and more confident in ourselves and our abilities. So, if you’re facing a barrier in your life right now, I encourage you to take a deep breath, believe in yourself, and take that first step toward breaking it. You never know what amazing things are waiting for you on the other side.
Breaking barriers is a journey that involves taking risks and stepping outside of our comfort zones. It requires us to believe in ourselves and to never give up, even when others doubt our abilities. It’s about standing up for our beliefs and staying true to ourselves, even when the world tries to change us.
Breaking barriers is not always easy, and it may require us to overcome fears and try new things. But with each barrier we break, we become stronger and more confident in ourselves and our abilities. We learn that anything is possible if we believe in ourselves and never give up.
At this moment, I am grateful for all that life has taught me and excited for all that is to come. One day a mentor reminded me that I had already overcome one of the hardest battles in my life. It is now time to continue to believe and fight for what it is that God is securing for my Growth, not allowing people or things to get in the way of my purpose and my anointing
Picture this: You step into your personal space, and a wave of tranquility washes over you, leaving you feeling like a zen master. Sounds like bliss, right? Your personal space is a reflection of your inner self, so it’s crucial to keep the peace and ensure that it’s your sanctuary of calm. Whether it’s your cozy den or your bustling living room, make sure that it’s your oasis of serenity where you can unwind and rejuvenate. I’m at that point where peace is my top priority, no matter what!
Creating a personal space that is peaceful, calm, and clutter-free is essential to your mental and emotional well-being. It’s no secret that our surroundings have a direct impact on our mood and productivity levels. When our personal space is organized and tidy, we feel more in control and less stressed. We can focus on the present moment and be more mindful of our thoughts and feelings. So, take some time to declutter and organize your personal space. Invest in some storage solutions, such as shelves or baskets, to keep things tidy and in their place. Add some natural light, plants, and calming scents to enhance the ambiance and promote relaxation. Remember, your personal space should reflect your personality and style, so make it your own and embrace the zen!
For me, breaking barriers is an integral part of my journey of taking risks, believing in myself, and pushing through seemingly impossible challenges. I cherish and embrace every moment, whether it’s good or bad, as each experience has a story that needs to be told. The person I am today is a result of never giving up, even when others believed it was the end for me. I knew there was more to learn and experience in life. So, regardless of what people thought I couldn’t achieve, I began to walk in silence, determined to achieve anything I worked hard for.
I’ve always believed that the only limits that exist are the ones we place on ourselves. Growing up, I faced many obstacles that made me doubt my abilities, but I refused to let those obstacles define me. Instead, I saw them as opportunities to grow and learn. I took risks and stepped outside of my comfort zone, even when it was scary. And each time I did, I discovered something new about myself and the world around me.
Breaking barriers isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it. It means standing up for yourself and your beliefs, even when others try to bring you down. It means taking a chance on something you believe in, even if it seems impossible. And most importantly, it means staying true to yourself, even when the world tries to change you.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for expanding my clientele has been to prioritize honesty, kindness, and a determination to deliver exceptional work and quality services, alongside excellent customer service and strong communication.
We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
I had to unlearn trusting everyone, being too vulnerable, and caring too much. I learned that some people will take advantage of you, so I had to learn to be more guarded and cautious in my interactions.
