Daniela, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s talk legacy – what sort of legacy do you hope to build?

I hope to build a legacy that teaches those after me or alongside me that anything is possible. When you have a dream, you put your head down and you go for it! Most people are too scared to get out of that comfort zone but they don’t realize that once they do…that is when the real magic happens. I hope that my legacy impacts many people break glass ceilings. You don’t have to follow the narrative that others try to write for you. You are the author of your story. So make the best of it all and don’t look back.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

Well, I am a true entrepreneur with a few businesses up my sleeve. I like to call it serial entrepreneur!

The wellness industry is the core of all of my business. Helping people build their businesses in the industry as a business consultant but also recently creating my own brand. In 2016, the industry fell in my lap with an opportunity to build and run a spa. I quickly learned the ins and outs of the business since I already had a passion in wellness through my fitness journeys.

I was given a vision and I executed it to build a small 5 figure business into a 7 figure, 5 star business. I always had a drive and passion to help others not only look their best but feel their best! Even though I loved working on my clients hands on I knew my true passion was in business specifically.

Over the years I had the honor to work alongside the top doctors and professionals in the industry, spoke on stages and earned awards for my achievements. In 2022, I was presented with many opportunities to take the leap of faith and start my own business. I knew that helping several business’ through coaching/consulting is what was going to allow me to make a larger impact in my industry.

Since I started my company I have been able to 10x several businesses through implementing processes and procedures that set businesses up for ultimate success! I specialize in analyzing a business and seeing where they need to improve in order to generate more revenue and have a foundation for long lasting success.

My services vary in categories like sales, marketing, operations and brand building. I help businesses find their niche and target audience. I also work alongside the employees to ensure their environment is one that makes them excited to come to work everyday. Having a healthy workplace will create employee retention as well as client retention.

As a coach/consultant I work closely with the owners to ensure their vision is being created so they can feel excited everyday they walk in the door. Creating a connection with my clients so we can reach new levels of success is important to me. My coach hat goes on to help my clients feel their best in their business.

The work isn’t done until everyone is winning.

Alongside helping others build their businesses I had a fire inside of me to build a brand and platform that gives people a space to heal, reset and elevate. While consulting for many others I decided to launch Alter Ego, a wellness brand with holistic healing alternatives.

I launched this brand with products but also through hosting events for people to come to. Creating a space to grow mentally and heal in more ways than one. I believe that the work you put in and pour into your cup the more you can give to others. As a high level performer I know that it is the key to setting yourself and others up for success who are mentored by you.

Do you have multiple revenue streams – if so, can you talk to us about those streams and how your developed them?

My business is more than just a business that educates others. I have a business that also offers my clients ways to leverage their brand and clientele to build an additional source of income. Through consulting I work with the best brands that my clients can implement into their business to not only generate results for their clients but also to leverage their business to create an extra source of income. Building residual income and legacies is what we all sign up for or want when we want to own our own business right? Some just don’t have the tools to do that!

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?

My advice for managing a team and maintaining high morale is to show up for them. Do what you say you are going to do and pour into their cups. Work on team building exercises and ensure that your team is hitting goals not only for the business but for themselves to thrive in and outside of work. Value your team, they are the core of your business and why it stands tall even when you are not present.
