We recently connected with Ani Papazyan and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Ani, thanks for joining us today. We love heartwarming stories – do you have a heartwarming story from your career to share?
One day I woke up to an email from a client: her 14 y/o son woke her up in the middle of the night with neck pain, She said, I remembered the self-help techniques you thought me, so I walked him through them and it worked. She was so proud of herself and so excited.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
As a Pain Resolution Specialist with three decades of experience, armed with a degree in Kinesiology, my life’s mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health. As the founder of Last Stop 4 Pain, I specialize in personalized pain relief solutions, combining medical massage therapy, functional nutrition, and advanced translational nutrigenomics.
Clients often find their way to my office in acute or chronic pain, seeking a solution after trying various avenues without lasting results. My Precision Pain Resolution Method digs into the root causes, recognizing the uniqueness of each individual’s situation.
All of this stems from my passion to shatter the belief that we should simply accept where we are and learn to live with pain. I’ve always felt a surge of frustration when people tell me, ‘It is what it is.’ I believe no one should feel compelled to accept the pain they are experiencing. I want them to embrace the person they can be without that pain holding them back.
I get genuinely upset when people resign themselves to enduring discomfort. My goal is to witness individuals reclaim their well-being. I’m perfectly content when my clients no longer require my assistance. I firmly believe that if I’m doing my job right, that should be the ultimate outcome. “If they no longer need me, that means they are no longer in pain.” It’s about empowering individuals to break free from the constraints of pain and lead a life of vibrant wellness.
What makes my approach distinctive is not just addressing the pain but equipping clients with self-help techniques, suggestions, recommendations, and resources – tools they can use independently and even tech to family and friends.
Beyond the office, I offer – genetic testing and analysis. This isn’t just for those in pain; it’s for those who want to maintain or enhance their quality of life well into their 40s, 50s, and beyond. It’s about embracing a holistic approach to wellness, recognizing that each person’s journey is unique and embracing that uniqueness.
I take immense pride in the journey I’ve undertaken, especially in the fulfillment I’ve found in helping thousands of people in my office. Witnessing individuals overcome pain and regain control of their lives has been a deeply rewarding experience. What adds to this sense of accomplishment is the expansion of my reach beyond physical borders. Now, as a speaker, and author, I have the privilege of connecting with individuals from around the world. It’s not just about providing solutions; it’s about empowering people and transforming them to become their own health advocates. The ability to share my knowledge globally allows me to extend a helping hand to a broader audience, and I’m eager to continue making a positive impact on the wellness journey of many more.

Have you ever had to pivot?
In 2019, after a quarter-century in business, I confronted a pivotal moment that compelled me to redefine the trajectory of my practice. Faced with the question of whether to maintain the status quo or embark on a new chapter of expansion, I made the bold decision to close my clinic. Instead, I opted to rent a room at a doctor’s office three days a week, ensuring continuity for my existing clients while freeing up time for a more profound shift in my professional focus.
This strategic pivot wasn’t just about physical space; it was about expanding my reach and impact. Closing the clinic allowed me to explore avenues beyond the confines of a traditional setting. Embracing opportunities in speaking engagements, teaching, and developing online courses became my priority. This shift wasn’t just a change of location; it was a deliberate move toward a more expansive approach, enabling me to connect with and assist a broader audience. It marked a pivotal moment in my business journey, steering me toward a path where I could extend my expertise and support to a global community.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
My journey in building a reputation within my market has been shaped by a fundamental belief in doing things differently. I’ve always been drawn to innovative approaches that prioritize delivering the fastest and most unique results for my clients. What set me apart was not just my commitment to this principle but the fortunate encounter with exceptional doctors and practitioners who dedicated their lives to creating distinctive techniques. Incorporating these unique methods into my practice not only elevated the quality of service but also became a hallmark of my approach.
The true testament to my reputation lies in the reactions of clients who have experienced bodywork from around the world. They consistently express amazement at the distinctiveness of the techniques I employ and the astonishing speed with which transformative results are achieved. Building my reputation wasn’t merely about following conventional paths; it was about embracing uniqueness and innovation in every aspect of my practice, leaving lasting mark on the hearts and well-being of those I have had the privilege to serve.
