Crystal, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Covid has brought about so many changes – has your business model changed?

Covid has changed the way I communicate with my customers. As a professional introvert, We all know that communication is the key to all successful relationships. When Covid hit and the world shut down (an introverts dream) I had to step outside of my introvert bubble and communicate more with customers. Keeping them updated with shipment delays, price increase and why. When I feared losing customers, it worked the opposite. I was praised for communicating and keeping them in the loop.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

I created Gobeautifull after my battle with cancer. The chemo and radiation left my skin in shambles. Everything over the counter was too harsh for skin, burned my skin or irritated it. I looked at the ingredients in some of them and most of them caused cancer or disrupt your reproductive system. I researched ingredients and partnered with a chemist to create a skincare that was vegan, anti aging and effective, Gobeautifull was created. Gobeautifull Skincare helps your skin fight toxins, reduces blemishes, helps create more collagen which helps keep your skin firm and youthful.

Customers love how their skin feels and looks with consistent use. Some have even noticed a difference after the first use.

I email my customers weekly and I have a blog. Every order has a handwritten note from me, expressing my appreciation for their support.

Any advice for managing a team?

The one piece of advice for managing your team is very simple, Listen to your team. The old saying that Teamwork makes the Dream work, they all have valuable input.
