We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Kristina Kendrick. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Kristina below.
Kristina, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What’s been the most meaningful project you’ve worked on?
The most significant project I’ve dedicated myself to is called “Femininity 4 Sale.” It’s a growing community of trauma-aware facilitators and conscious creators who share our unique healing methods, modalities, and magic with the world.
This project began when I started connecting with various embodiment practitioners to overcome the shadows left behind following my experience with domestic violence. “Femininity 4 Sale” aims to assist individuals who want to redefine themselves, a common endeavor for individuals parting from unhealthy or unsupportive relationships.
Many participants choose to explore their edges with us, focusing on sensuality or topics related to sexual identity. While our work may be provocative, it’s not merely for the sake of being so. There exists a profound connection between what society labels as “promiscuity” and the blossoming of a woman who is learning to harness her sacred, sexual energy as a means for self-healing and empowerment.
Today, we have over 25 women engaged in the project, each bringing unique talents to the team ranging from video production, social media strategy, audio engineering, fundraising, trauma healing, energy and womb work, to Tibetan Buddhist tantra. We’ve also been fortunate to receive support from accomplished executives in the San Francisco Bay Area who provide mentorship and guidance, particularly in the realm of marketing and sales, to the women in our collective.
With an established online store, a streaming service of featured content, and personalized services, “Femininity 4 Sale” is poised for growth and expansion this next year. We’re excited and grateful for those who support us and this undertaking, as a third of all sales are donated back to our cause—supporting survivors of domestic violence with embodiment and empowerment programs. 💜

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Certainly :) My name is Kristina, and I currently live in Miami Beach, FL with my cat and my dog in an art deco apartment turned art studio. My background is specialized in implementing and adopting emerging technologies, and the last several years I have been shifting my focus to create a more expressive, embodied and balanced life.
You can still catch me consulting for technology startups, but my passion projects have slowly started to define more of my days. Deepening relationships, creating and sharing art, and engaging in lighthearted play are the pillars behind my joy.
This pivot started as a means to connect more deeply with myself and the world. Creative expression is an incredible gift that transforms and empowers, especially when shared amongst a community.
Personally, I specialize in embodied, intuitive art ❤️🔥 Pouring my heart and soul into my craft, dedicated to expressing myself through mixed media. I recently debuted my first collection during Art Basel at the Les Couleurs Gallery in Miami, FL, and released a music video featuring performative dance.
When you connect with me, you’re not just entering an art world; you’re embarking on a journey of transformation, creativity, and cheeky satire. Explore my creations, join our vibrant community, and be part of this remarkable adventure.
Thanks for taking the time to get to know me better. Looking forward to connecting soon 💋 🎨✨

How can we best help foster a strong, supportive environment for artists and creatives?
Buy art to support and sustain the development of local artists who speak to your soul. No need to get crafty in this department 💁♀️💸

Can you share your view on NFTs? (Note: this is for education/entertainment purposes only, readers should not construe this as advice)
Web3 is another medium to experience art and to express yourself. This decentralized technology offers advantages for artists who want to further exhibit themselves and their ideals in the commercialization of their work. It has a lot of potential but unfortunately not a lot of prestige.
