We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Giselle Chusan a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Giselle, thanks for joining us today. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?

Success is in the eye of the beholder. To me being consistent is anything is what bring success. With consistency you are able to see how you can improve to get to your end goal.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

I am a food and travel content creator and my journey started when I was a child and my mom gave me the opportunity to be able to travel and explore 20+ countries. I always has a camera on hand and that is where my passion for photography started which later turned into creation videos for social media. In high school I wanted to be a youtuber so bad and show others a world they can discover through my travels but never had the courage or drive to put it on the internet. Now as an adult where I know what I want to do with my life I have been able to turn this dream into a reality. I travel around Florida and visit restaurant to post on my social media which drives more business to them. I am not also focusing on brining travel content to my community so they can find things to do and where to eat when they travel the world.

Any resources you can share with us that might be helpful to other creatives?

I wish I could have networked with like minded individuals who were opened to sharing how they have gotten success in content creation.

Is there mission driving your creative journey?

My goal is to show others a world they never knew existed. I want to spark the travel bug in everyone so they can being more aware that life isn’t what you think it is. There are so many cultures that we can learn from.
